C,
More than a decade has passed by since we last spoke. I've worked hard to forget everything and yet 12 years later, a memory of you suddenly creeps up out of nowhere. Must you always find ways to disrupt my peace? Is this your way of proving to me all is temporary?

Museum in Purgatory by Nick Bantock. Though a lot of people prefer his Griffin and Sabine series, I am entranced by this particular book mainly because it showcases one’s life during the afterlife as a museum exhibit represented by objects meaningful to the deceased. It also represents heaven and hell as different states rather than one absolute state of heaven or hell. As always, perfect marriage of art and literature from the author.
