There once was a burger joint that only opens at 4pm to 8pm. I forgot the place but each time I visited Metro Manila me and my parents would always go there. I got a chance to interview the head chef and he was once a chef at the states and also in Japan. Damn he made the best burgers. The shop was called "gourmet" but it has another signage which I forgot.

Curiosity killed the cat, but satisfaction brought it back.
