New York Pinoy
OK Guys and Gals... Which Restaurants do you recommend if you're... A ) Taking your Wife/Husband/Girlfriend/Boyfriend for a romantic dinner "just because" or if you're celebrating an Anniversary or Monthsary? B ) Going on a First Date and want to impress your date? C ) If someone asked you out on a date and told you to pick ANY Restaurant of YOUR choosing! (price is NO object!) D ) If you're with your barkada and you're the one to Libre kasi it's your birthday or other celebration? Edited December 22, 2006 by New York Pinoy Quote Link to comment

Lian\
Well, I dont have a recommendation but my cousin recommended me to go to Piazza Serendra (Taguig, Philippines). They said its better than Greenbelt. There are a couple of restaurants. You should expect the cost to be high due to its location. Quote Link to comment
mrchimbu
I would like to recommend the Gumbo Restaurant located at the seaview? side ofMall of Asia. First, you have to like New Orleans cuisine. After the demise of "Taste of NewOrleans" in Greenbelt, I have been searching for good Louisiana cooking. Their Gumbo here is very good - ask for seafood instead of chicken. And sinceI like spicy food, I asked for the original flavor (which is spicy) instead of Mild. If you wanted to 'maximize' your Pesos with the barkada, just order extra steamed rice, as there's lots of Gumbo stew, and they only have a very small amountof steamed rice in the middle of all that delicious gumbo. I love this place, along with the periodic shouting of "Gumbo" and "Jambalaya"emanating from the kitchen crew at the open-look kitchen. Lots of other food in here - baby-back ribs, steak, chicken, oysters, pizza, pasta. And the next time I go back, I plan to try their alcoholic Hurricanes - so, thistime, a food AND DRINKING trip without the kids, and lolos and lolas... Quote Link to comment

tequilasunrise
Congo Grille. This restaurant serves oh-so-great food, at ang nakakatuwa, mas mura yung babayaran mo kesa sa nakalista sa menu! If you happen to be in Angeles, Pampanga, I recommend C' Italian Dining. Mahal ang foods nila, pero super sarap talaga! The owner/chef is wonderful, too. Quote Link to comment
