Working Smart - is having other people doing the hard work for you. Motto dito is "Di bale ng tamad, di naman pagod" at "Kung kaya ng iba, sa kanila mo ipagawa". This of course will apply if you are running a business, di masyado gamit sa pagiging empleyado. my opinion lang po.

Working Hard = puts real hard effort to achieve 100%

Working Smart = effort injected is a lot less but achieves 100% if not more

 

Money Matters

Hard workers = earns x amount of money

Smart workers = hires hard workers
