Nate Gray
For those that like tonkatsu ramen, Ramen Nagi and Ramen Yushoken are the best places. Not only do they have the best broth, but they have the best noodles of any ramen restaurants in Manila. Quote Link to comment

iamgroot
IMHO Ukkokei's quality has declined a lot. Yushoken and Ramen Santouka are very good Quote Link to comment
Roger28
Yushoken is definitely the best. I dont know how other ramen houses can even top their miso ramen Quote Link to comment

floppydrive
Tonkotsu ramen: Yushoken is great! Have yet to try ippudo, ukkokei and ikkoryu. Ramen Nagi - each component tastes good but the proportions of ingredients and condiments as arranged in the bowl seem wrong so there's something slightly off with the taste. Santouka is good also. Shio and shoyu: Shinjuku! If on a smaller budget, go for Fukuya. Havent really compared tantanmen and miso ramen from branch to branch so can't comment yet. Quote Link to comment

AE86
How do you guys compare Ryu vs Ramen Nagi? Haven't tried RN yet. Quote Link to comment
Kimchiwarui
Ippudo and yung stall sa may malate na hapon ang nagbebenta. Forgot the name though. Quote Link to comment
gobster11
Ramen Nagi. Tried the one in MOA. There is usually a long line, but when we passed by, waiting time lang was 10 mins. So wait kami. It was worth the 10 minute wait. Quote Link to comment
