Since he is cut already, I will now reveal my fave rookie M to surprise this offseason: 2nd Lt. Nick Hill. Too bad, the M's I think have decided on the 5th starter (I think Vargas is the overwhelming favorite for that role after a couple of strong outings). At least Hill won't get limited IP in the minors unlike in MLB spring games.
