it is mixture of network marketing and health products, i used the products and i am also a distributor but i will be fair to you.
based on my results i lose weight becuase i replace my breakfast and dinner with a shake. from 264 pounds i drop to 213 pounds right now. i dont suggest herbalife if you dont like taking a lot of vitamins(tablets) and replacing your meal with shakes.
:goatee: i suggest it if you want to lose a lot of weight(but i warned you baka magsawa ka sa shakes) :boo:

Guys, every company claims to be number one or better just to sell their products. They make their OWN claims, i saw a Medical BOOK unbiased study of over 1500 Comparative Guide to Nutritional SUpplements in the Market. This is a 3rd party research based book telling the market what products is better or not, u can buy it at powerbooks & national bookstores. Author is Lyle Macwilliams. When you check out on the book whose brand is number one PM me up.il directly introduce you the company here in the Phils.

Instead of spending thousands on powder, you can buy fruits instead. Eating whole fruits can fill up your stomach and keep you from over eating on meat and rice. Instead of extra servings I eat an apple or a pear (crunchy + watery ones). I lost 20 lbs doing that. Tastes better than powder, too. ;)

would like to agree with you here saer mangkups, before i used to weigh 170lbs and decided to cut down my weight to 140lbs...i only eat rice and meat in the morning, apples and pears for lunch, tuna sandwich for dinner and 1 bananas in between meals. reached 140lbs in a month! but ofcourse i accompanied it with cardio exercises...

run, run, and run.

Herbalife works since it is a food substitute. So if you will follow their recommended diet surely you will loose weight. But the problem here is that most people are not used in taking shakes for a meal so the tendency is to eat again after taking the shake making the program a weight gain instead of weight loss. Another thing is that people in this program usually have a feeling of being food deprived making the program not work on them. If you are really serious in losing weight discipline is the key. Watch what are you eating and increase your daily activities and stick to it. Posted Image

When to know if there's pyramiding? Very simple, you must understand the methodology behind pyramiding. Lastly, in pyramiding, the four (4) components are always present namely: 1. Product 2. Distributor 3. Seller 4. User/Buyer

Most, if not all products being offered in pyramiding are "generally" not effective, in other words, most of them are fake. Remember that all real/authentic products before they are sold to the market must undergo extensive research and development, when proven effective must acquire proprietary rights and finally must be advertised properly in order to gain competitive edge in the market. Distributors who produce the products being sold in pyramiding do not follow these processes because they don't have to for as long as they can recruit people who are sure users/buyers of their product at first then are designated as sellers themselves to other recruits. It's very simple, if the business you are about to venture allows you to earn so much but does not mandatory require you to buy the products at once and then sell them later in order to have sales commission, then chances are, your business does not involve pyramiding.

All pyramiding schemes are designed to fail, how? when? It will normally die down naturally, only time will tell, specifically once one or more components are taken out of the picture. Most often than not, it's the absence of the users/buyers that cause a pyramiding to collapse i.e. become bankrupt. Obviously, the biggest looser are those at the tip of the pyramid or the newest entrants in the business.

Having said that, I guess the most important question about pyramiding is this.

Will you earn so much if you do pyramiding? Yes, for sure, if you start producing/distributing an in-demand product that looks unique and innovative but not necessary effective. Maybe, if you are just the seller and certainly not, if you became one of the newest members, hoping the product would work for you and trying to endorse a product you don't know one day would be forgotten buy the general users/buyers.

Just like in any business, if someone gains illegally, for sure, somebody also looses illegally. If you don't believe in KARMA, engage in pyramiding, I do so I will never, ever do pyramiding....

The fee for Herbalife membership is around 700 Pesos as a distributor.

As for their products, I have only used the meal replacement shakes to lose weight and it was very effective for me(5 lbs in one week) but I don't bother with the networking part since you can retain your distributor membership by purchasing their products.

Agreed. For me, natural is always the best. Cheaper and more pleasing to the eye.

The problem with these pyramids/mnc/multi-level marketing is they get you hooked on their products and can't live without them.

di ako sigurado kung "pyramiding" ang term ... pero sigurado ako na "useless piece of excrement" ang produkto. parang nakalagay lang sa Fit n' Right - drinking this product along with good diet and exercise is known to promote weight loss. parang ewan lang no? ... kung sino namang unggoy ang mag diet at exercise papayat talaga kahit pa iinom to ng beer

It is a legitimate multi level marketing, their focus is on selling products, not recruitment of members...
