I remember reading a few years back this can also be caused by calcium deposits in the ear?

I have this condition similar to vertigo called Meniere's disease. Management na lang ako. Doctor told me to remove all things that trigger it - stress, caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, and MSG. haha! Nabawasan naman. Its still there sometimes pero manageable na siya.

Not sure if there is a cure for it, pero i am concerned sometimes na feeling ko lumilindol... pero yun pala vertigo lang.

After a day ay nanigarilyo ulit...

Ayun, naulit yung vertigo...

Sudden dizziness even without one sided body weakness/numbness, facial assymetry nor slurring of speech might be a presentation of brain stroke. Its always safe to see a doctor immediately.

Agree. It may be peripheral or central.
