    Running

    medyo mas mahirap na for me maka recover sa runs. usually 1-2 days masakit katawan ko after. still trying to lose weight para nde masakit sa tuhod. so far naman, no pain sa tuhod after runs. problema ko is my lower back hurts more. sabi dahil sa long hours of sitting (which is true) so my are hips tilted. kaya napuputol yung momentum ko while running/jogging. anyway, sana mas sipagin pa tumakbo. i know i cant go back to the way i was running back in the day, pero atleast i am back on the track
  2. almost 4 years since my last post here.. nde na ata naglalaro mga mtc players hehe
  3. father side has a long history with diabetes. kaya ako todo diet (or sensible eating). nde ko talaga maalis matatamis kaya i switched to no rice (as much as possible), more water intake atsaka fasting. i also try to be active (running, home exercise, bball). so far ok pa naman blood sugar levels.

    marikina sports center is now open and better than ever! 3x na ako nakatakbo for around 6km+. need ko pa magbaba ng timbang. hehe
