michael_dmesa
if only i can take pics of breast cancer patients, who started in early stages of cancer, went to alternative medicine, and now have cancers bigger than the original breasts --- with ulcerating, bleeding, foul-smelling wounds..........im sure you would all get my point. we're not talking of cough and colds here. It's cancer. I totally agree. I deal with a lot of sarcoma patients who more often than not go to a traditional practitioner or "hilot" and have that mass or ache massaged or manipulated despite a diagnosis, only to have it's size double within weeks and metastasize elsewhere. There's an unfortunate prevalent cultural component in our mindset that despite sound medical advice, we insist on the unproven. I don't know, it's extremely frustrating. Quote Link to comment

SamanthaJones
Lost my mom to Gasto-Intestinal cancer 18 years ago. It was too late when we found out. She was already stage 4 during that time. Back then, we didn't know what the symptoms where - later on did we found out that, this type usually manifest during the terminal stage. Things weren't easy for the entire family. johnlove
FUDA Cancer Hospital in Guangzhou, China, total damage: less than P2M-one of the most 'high tech treatment centers' in the world.-due to cyrosurgery, only tumors and cancer cells are destroyed-rebuild/culture immune cells from your own blood to lessen the chances of remission of cancer. An acquaintance with stage 3 throat cancer got cured at this hospital. He stayed in this hospital in less than 3 weeks & he is back at his old job in less than 2 months. Check out fudahospital.com for more details. Edited January 31, 2013 by johnlove Quote Link to comment
Fusarium_jimini
can FUDA address stage 4 colon cancer? Quote Link to comment
johnlove
Sorry I cannot answer this question because the 2 acquaintances (the other had prostate cancer) didn't wait for their bodies to enter the 'bed ridden' stage, they seek treatment while they were both capable of walking unassisted. There is also a Philippine volunteer group composed to cancer survivors who can assist newbies to the cancer treatment center.Their website is: http://www.pvf.org.ph/ Edited January 31, 2013 by johnlove Quote Link to comment
Astig73
I think the better way to cure it, is changing of lifestyle. and emotionally, positive thinking dapat ang patient. Quote Link to comment
fatal1ty
sad to say but walang cancer cure. madalas kasi kapag cancer when treated dumadaan sa remission stage in which the signs and symptoms of cancer are reduced. minsan all signs and symptoms have disappeared too! you may be cancer-free for 5 years or more but chances are these cancer cells still remain remain kahit ilang years pa after ng treatment. madalas nagkakaron ng recurrence at lumilipat lang sa ibang parts ng katawan. ganyan din naging case ng father ko. latest chemotherapy drug pa. naka survive for 6 years since he was diagnosed with Colon Cancer. sa 6 years na to may time din na naging cancer free sya and bumaba cancer cells sa katawan nya. but never been cured by chemotherapy. it would only extend the life of the cancer patient but the quality of life would be reduced too. ironman06
Cure? im not sure but you can try herbal like sabah snake grass or paragis.. prevention tip... exercise... according to a blood produces enzymes suppressing cancer cells for just an hour cardio exercise .contrary to popular belief. Herbal drigs do not cure cancer. Sure you can take them, pero dont expect to be cured if di din kayo mag chemotherapy/sirgery/radiotherapy. If it's too good tk be true, it probably is. Quote Link to comment
2WarningPoints
i might agree with you, but still prevention is better than cure.. I should have said its just a precaution and maybe the last resort when the doctor said you only have a few hour left to live... some people actually cured and still live.. thanks God for that.. Cheers! contrary to popular belief. Herbal drigs do not cure cancer. Sure you can take them, pero dont expect to be cured if di din kayo mag chemotherapy/sirgery/radiotherapy. EdwardFex
My father in law has just told me, a cousins of his, is suffering from the same type of cancer he is. Apparently, the doctors have refused to treat him with chemo, because he uses cannabis as treatment. Im sceptical as f#&k, surely they cant do that? Anyone got experience with this? temurlenk
Sadly there is no "cure" for cancer. You can treat it with chemo, radiation, surgery and go on remission but it can come back as early as 2 years later or as late as 20 years later. A healthy lifestyle isn't a guarantee that you will be cancer free. I know people who did not smoke or drink and are also vegetarian but they still developed cancer. Yes, there are a lot of carcinogens out there that we can avoid and lower our chances of getting cancer but we can never be 100% sure that we won't get it. Even if you don't have a family history of cancer, you can still get it. Quote Link to comment
