Another question, do you have postural problems as well? Do you slouch or kuba ka ba? The pain you feel canbe caused by either a very weak back, or an existing problem. NihonJin Posted March 2, 2009 Share Posted March 2, 2009 Hanging Leg Raise, anything with Leg raises you can really feel your abs contracting.., the Incline Bench being the most difficult to maneuver. i use to do 6 Ab exercises lying on the floor.., but now, i restrict only up to 2 exercises.., kasi flab pa talaga ang tyan ko kaya i focus on indirect approaches to stabilize my core with squats, deadlifts, and military press.., Quote Link to comment
