Supplements - to Take or Not to Take?

question:

pwede bng pagsabayin mag take ng fat burner at the same time na mag take ka ng whey pag wrk out day mo?

 

ung mga fat burners b like ripped fuel, hydroxycut, animal cuts & etc. tinutunaw lng ang fats sa katawan at hindi pti ung namumuong muscle?

 

may nagsabi ksi sakin if i wnt to pack up mass wag daw muna ako mag fat burner dhil pti ung binibuild na muscle mass natutunaw ng fat burner caps kya hayaan ko lng daw khit may tyan ako...

 

ano b palagay nyo, mga body building dudes?

1. get your diet in check first before taking in any supplements... whoever told you that you can't build up mass when taking fat burners apparently doesn't know that even if you take supplements, your total caloric intake is still the prime factor to your success

my suggestion based on MY experience...take the fat burner before your workout that way it will also give you an added energy boost ...best time to take whey protein is AFTER work out since you need protein to build and repair those "worked out"/"worn out" muscles...recently, i have been reading articles that it is also good to take at least 1/2 serving before working out that way your muscles have readily available protein/aminos for your muscle...just my two cents...noah

mging routine ko na ung uminom ng whey + complete protein diet after work out & casein + complete protein diet before sleep that is during work out days

 

hindi ko na mention sa previous posts ko na i also drink centrum, fish oil caps at silymarine everyday

 

isa pa pla nabasa ko ksi dun sa previous reply na stetroids can damaga the JOINTS...meron ksi akong vitamin dito for joints called "GLUCOSAMINE" caps can it make a diffrence?

 

may nagsbi nga sakin na sa dmi ko daw iniinom dpat daw malaks ako mag buhat e

 

ewan ko ba pero i nvr go out the gym na wlang masakit sa katawan ko

nde nman ako overweyt dti pero nde rin ako payat

ang gusto ko lng lumaki ang muscles sa chest ko para nde korteng parang boobs tlg ng grl tpos mejo magmistulang nka 6 pak ang abs ko

well me degrees og gynecomastia naman... me iba na di halata.. me iba na masyado halata... some of the gynecomastic features are puffy areolas... ako, i think i have gnyecomastia kasi i used to be very very obese... but now it has shrunk to some level na di masyado halata... so im cool with it...

breakfast - oats cereal, complete protein diet, sustagen premium

 

lunch - 1 cup of rice, 1 cup vegetable, 1 cup chicken or pork soup, 3 egg whites (sunny side up)

 

merienda - oats cereal, complete protein diet

 

dinner - 1 cup rice, 1 cup fish soup, 1 cup vegetable

 

merienda - 4pcs whole wheat bread or biscuits, sustagen premium

I started with hydroxycut few weeks ago, nung naubos na yung bottle ( 78 pcs ) last week , parang wala naman akong naramdaman, so nag-try ako ng ripped fuel extreme cut.... 4 days pa lang ako nag-intake, kaso napansin ko medyo every afternoon around 4-5m, parang nauubusan na ako ng lakas ( hindi ko naramdaman 'to with hydro ), parang gusto ko ng mag pahinga. With hydro, parang energetic pa ako, yung nag-take na ako ng 3 capsules a day, para na akong taz devil, gusto kong pumunta ng gym kahit gabi na ( around 9pm )... sa tingin nyo guys, effect ba to ng hydro pag natigil or hindi ko hiyang yung ripped fuel extreme cut? ... and of course, I choose my food intake as well... wla na akong rice ( for more than 8 months now ) panay veggies, fruits, and bread na lang...

Second, if you're not training and eating properly, don't expect a supplement to help... supplements will only work if and when your training and eating plan is good

amen... supplements is just supplements... its not replacements diba... so the core food intake should be already sound before you even attempt to take supplements... I take the thermogenics for different reasons... more of psychological... but it works a lot for me especially for surfing... grabe... two caps of ripped fuel extreme before going ot to surf gives you that extra hype and endurance... and keeps you surfing for a good 4 hours... walang paguran at gutuman... but I take that cause in the water kung pahina hina ka, either you won't catch waves and you won't enjoy or you can get yerself into serious trouble...

Well said bossing.... Pero kasi sa case ko, mahina body metabolism ko... kaya for me rice is really my enemy.. As an office worker, nakaupo lang mag hanapon , so I dont burn calories much... i even try to avoid lifts ( 4th floor lang naman office namin e ), pero pag malapit ng ma-late and available naman yung lifts, thats the only time i use it... ... hindi naman ako matakaw e, yun nga lang medyo wala sa oras kain because of work din... kahit na oatmeal lang kainin ko pag gabi, i still don't loose weight, and i dont like fatty foods as well...talagang may mga tao lang na tabain... like me...

 

secondly bossing, i am not expecting that supplement will help, i just pointed out na taking ripped fuel medyo iba yung naging pakiramdam ko, and like what I've said, sa hydro energetic ako... tanong ko lang sana kung may naka-experience na ng ganitong feeling...

Perhaps the missing link then is that you need to adjust your training rutine so that you'll rev up your metabolism
