Until i started experiencing occassional chest pain, shortness of breath and i get easily tired. i tried vaping and e-cigarrettes as an alternative but then i decided to quit. There is no real hard evidence that vaping causes something negative to our health. Basically wala lahat ng harmful chemicals found in cigarettes/tabacco like cyanide, tar etc so its healthier, ang meron lang sa vape is nicotine which can be controlled by the volume contained sa ejuice Quote Link to comment
