Very rough story line suggestion.

Begin at the Edsa 2 people power revolution. Setting, Ortigas interchange. The end of Erap meant the end of our anti-Erap forum.

You met me with the MTC pioneers. I was out. I wasn't too keen on the adult content part of the mix.

Initial birthing pains. No one was logging on to MTC. You had to INVENT (haha) members.

Membership eventually began to increase. But the catalyst was when Dobs opened the thread "Living with my Bi-wife". Even mainstream magazines picked-up on the story.

I'm flattered dude but I think it was a little more than that that made MTC take off.

I think it was late 2003 when El Gimmikero wrote the article that came out in FHM that the board really exploded.

I agree with boss Dobs I am one of the victims of this when i found this site thru EL GIMIKERO'S article...so far happy naman keeps me homesick free when i browse thru web pages of MTC hehe

during that time i made the korean_mob account then i changed it to borixx in 2007, then i asked ms wyld to delete my korean_mob account in 2009 i think.

Yo! Biz,

I believe you will be needin' the help of the MTC Pioneers for this...and good luck if they can still log in here given their busy lives (marriage, abroad, studying, working, kids, etc)...but hey, no hurt in tryin...

on my end, hmmm...I can stick it when I joined the board as the usual lurker-who-got-referred-by-a-fellow-lurker...this PR dude of mine (he's writing for a moto magazine, i belive) asked if if I wanna check out this website which has the usual, women, sex, the works  but then again, it's more than that....as most peeps here should know... friendships are built...bondings established and yes, fubu's generatin' all 'round  am just keepin' it real, fellas, coz it happened to me  and am sure to the many lucky but anonymous guys who would rather be in the background as they reminisce (or still enjoying  ) their good fortunes with the women here...

goin back... that was dec. 18 2002... damn i was just past 25 then...how time flies...am a 30s goin to mid-30s guy now ....so yes, i got hooked on it...just lurkin...no postin...just readin stuff... and then...

there was this one major EB... i believe it's called the Post Valentine Party (2003)...aka PVP... they had this at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Malate (back then i was workin' for a broadsheet in Port Area, Manila  )... so i was tempted to break the habit of bein' a lurker and just show up...see the faces behind the handles, the usual stuff for lurkers (right lurkers and non-posters? hehe) and then....

this PR dude friend of mine asked if we wanted to go...thinkin' for a few seconds then said, "why not? its close to my work place? so we decided to give it a go... and then...he called and said his car got whacked and had to go home since his family does not know it yet... so am challenged if am goin' there alone since i havent met any one personally back then...just readin' their posts and all...and nothin' else...

i believe the PVP 2003 date was February 18, 2003, if am not mistaken... and so it was... i took the courage to go there. Alone. Yes. Alone. As i got off the jeep ride from intramuros to mabini-pedro gil area, i walked goin to pan pacific and once there, i looked at every one who may be potential MTC members and just follow them. para hindi naman kakahiya na magisa ako kunwari kasama ko sila

then i upon reachin the entrance of the bar's venue, the two ladies whom i assumed were mtc members got past the bar that had the MTC banner so i muttered, "sayang ndi pala sila mtc" since am too close to back away, i decided to go and introduce myself and the usual... i believe ms leslie garcia was one of those at the entrance to welcome the newbies...like me

and then i was lucky to meet some pretty and interestin' individuals along the way... do remember meetin ms. flirty flirty (the pretty lady in blue) that time... she was friendly even if the guys-gals ratio was a terrible mismatch  and of course, also got to meet iwasborntoloveyou (elai) and simply tina... and yeah, twas the first MTC EB i saw some ladies who are "very friendly" with the guys...and ladies dancin' topless on the stage :P i was like, oh, that's nice  but of course am not denyin' i was glad to see the view back in the day...

and then, not just ladies, i also met some members of the famed MTC Wolves... i believe they're the first MTC basketball team in the board... and they're kind of high-rollers...meanin' high-spenders... the dudes there know they have it...and they can roll among the rest of the guys...and the lurker guys there were... ooh...ok...hehe...

and then...was glad to see a pretty lady escorted with two cono-lookin, amboy guys enterin the venue a few hours late...and the peeps just craned their necks to see who they were. turns out, the lady was Swit Lass, and the two guys were Dobermaxx and Debonnaire :) and i was like, MTC has lots of beautiful people around... not so bad at all  and they were no snobs....they're as friendly as u can get even if they know they're high-rollers and has the right to snub peeps who are not their level...and that's good...

and this post is gettin long  pardon my comments here, boss biz... some reminiscin', huh? back to reality...will try to remember other details soon.... hope the MTC Pioneers get to post their stories to tell... should be interestin'...

High Roller?

I agree with Tim on one thing tho, the PVP was kind of a turning point for me personally. I had been a lurker since joining in Nov 02 and after attending that event I got a lot more active, not long after I was promoted to a Mod and about a year after that Biz trusted me enough to help him administer the site. At the time it was hard because the server couldn't keep up with the traffic. I can remember days when Biz and I would just be watching the server loads all day, resetting every so often just to keep the site up he he he.

hmmm MTC Pioneers nga dapat ang magbigay ng posts dito. I started here in MTC Nov. 2002 with a yahoogroup invite from Pexy. (tama ba? Pexy) si Pexy pala ay alternick ni Bizman para masabi na may babae na nagpost. If I remember correctly, ang first Grand EB ay sa may isang bar sa Araneta Colosseum. Si Macy lang ata ang only woman member who attended that night. Tapos bagsak ng karamihan ay sa Bartolina. hazy with the details kasi mid 2003 pa ata yun. Alam ko dun nagbuo ang Wolves eh....sina fafrd and company. Just like everybody, lurker lang ako when I started then after a year naging moderator din pero I had to relinquish the post due to lack of time spending on the board. good times during the first 3 or 4 years of MTC...i am hoping to get back to socializing with the peeps here again...

I got in from dobbs' article in maxim during 2005 or 2006. My Nick then was stiffmichael, then changed twice thereafter.

I don't remember my first eb or how I met my friends now dahil sa dami ng experience ko with mtc. I've met bizman and Zorro then dobs.

Well from what I remember aside from the mature/adult content the site had to offer the main ingredient was the diversity of the groups back then who each had their own character and held their own eb's. It become more interesting for newbies to the site to check each and every group by attending the eb's then see where they naturally fit. I think the pioneer groups back then were the Wolves, East Raiders, AA, etc... Just correct me if I'm wrong. Plus having their own individual threads made it more accessible for others to come and join in their discussions ^_^

I do remember a time here in MTC when PSPs were still called G4H, and even before that, they didn't even have any fancy initials. In the earliest days, negotiating rates were in hushed tones and people actually still speculated whether this or that girl was a prostitute.

Then at some point, MTC's management strategy radically changed and PSPs came out of the open and was encouraged by MTC, even giving them their own area and giving them awards, etc.

Hi guys, nzchick here. I don't think I'm considered a pioneer, but I've been on this site for almost 8 years now.

I found out about it because someone told me to check this website out - about how there's heaps of filos talking about random stuff. Then the rest was history.

I think one of the pioneers was chunkyhunk and switlass.. but oh well, as they said above, they're probably too busy nowadays!

Some time 2002, I was active in Pinoy Exchange where I introduced a girl I had met through an online personals site called (something)2000. Then this girl joined MTC and introduced me to it in late 2002 or early 2003. She became one of the "posting stars" of MTC, has since gotten married and had kid(s), put up a blog I think. My joining date of May 2003 isn't original, it was earlier, because the site crashed and the members database had to be reconstructed in the summer of 2003 if I recall right. My handle has remained original though.

I'm another one of those who first heard about the site due to El Gimikero's article in FHM in 2003. It didn't take long for me to become a member. I even recall that we had an EB for those recruited by the FHM article at this bar (I forget the name) near Makati Cinema Square. Of course I attended that EB, and got to meet a few of the other members, as well as EL G himself.

Anyway, the only other EB I got to attend was one that was held by the Alabangerz at Viviere, since it was near home. It was there I got to meet Dobermaxx and Bizman.

Unfortunately, since my only way of getting online was to pay for it at internet cafes, and being an overstaying student with little in the way of cash, I ended up being unable to visit the site regularly. I intended to rectify that now.

Daym, time flies fast!

I still clearly remember attending the very first MTC EB I had ever attended (Post Valentine Party, Pan Pacific Hotel, 02/18/2003). I remember I had to take an early vacation and go home to Pinas just to catch this EB that I had to literally beg to reserve and hold a ticket for me. There I met BizMan, Dobermaxx, Miss Macy and several other personalities that I am only able to "talk" with online. I had been on-and-off with MTC (frankly speaking I haven't been online here since 02/04/2008).

I maintained the same handle since 2003. Proud to say that MTC helped me maintain my sanity during the toughest times of living alone in a foreign land, helped ease my homesickness and boredom, and most of all MTC became an avenue for meeting fine, fantastic and fabulous people. :)

Kudos to all...

I've been loyal to this community ever since. yes the real reason i got to know this wonderful site is because of "El Gimikero" and the article from the FHM back in 2003. From years I've seen and experience MTC's growth, from a mere small underground "gentle manyak's" forum and now into a "lifestyle" most of us here in this community can't live without. :)

Same here, because of El Gimikero's articles in FHM I got to join this community. At first I was pretty active in the forum but later on, til now, I have chosen to just go in and see what's happening. ;-)

Congratulations to MTC!
