I was a heavy smoker for 12 years (2 packs a day) then one day I just realized I wanted to stop and so I stopped, first week was difficult but I managed. Haven't smoked for almost 10 years now. Mahirap lng tlga sa umpisa tapos i make sure na saktong pera lng lagi laman ng wallet ko (tamad kasi ako mag withdraw sa atm) and di pa uso mobile bank and gcash nun. Mind over matter lang. It also has daily mental challenges and visual charts of your health improvements as you progress. I was a 18 year one pack a day smoker. I am almost 4 years off the hook.
