There is a british tea brand. They have different blends. I forgot the name but whwnver i go grocery shopping i look for it as the packaging is blue. It is a blend of chamomile and lavender and other stuff.

 

The box says something like "snore&relax(?)". The blend is suppoded to give you a good night's sleep. And it works for me. Whenever insomnia kicks in, i drink this tea and i have the best sleep in the world.

 

I havent gone grocery shopping in SM this entire pandemic so i dont have stocks anymore.

I like loose leaf ginseng oolong tea,meron syang matamis na aftertaste kahit di haluan ng honey or sugar.

 

Tapos I use Assam tea for my kombucha. Hehe
