Pero in reference to the original poster's question : oo ok ang any form of Soy kahit sa Milk yan o sa ToFu kapag nagwo-workout kasi Protein-rich eh.... tapos Protein and pinaka-building block ng muscles.

 

Pero ang Soy din ay rich sa Estrogen which is a chemical na related sa Females.

Testosterone dapat ang sa mga lalaki so alalay lang sa intake.
