WitMystery
Circuit training HIIT is my go-to for weight loss. 30 minutes with active rests. My trainer used to also make me go through supersets of weight training exercises that start with warm-ups, ab work, power sets, metabolic sets, then finishers (usually burpees or battle ropes). bonanas
Nasa will lang talaga, totoo yung sa dami ng kelangan gawin aside sa work makaka miss ka talaga ng workout minsan long stretches wala talaga yung gusto ko na workout. Pero the brain is still the strongest muscle so to speak. In- apply ko yan working in an office setting. And what I did was in between sets nag shadow box ako para High Intensity. I have found out di talaga kelangan ng gym and equipments. The earth is your gym." And yes, clean up your diet. Stay natural as much as you can. You want to look different you have to do different stuff. wazzzap
Seems like all alternative exercises in a studio are expensive. You can DIY, but it will get boring fast. Quote Link to comment
SpaceCrash
Is there a post for novices like me, who want to start? Dami kasi ako difficulties. Solo lang ako pupunta, wla time mga kilala ko.Close gym sa lugar ko is OK, pero most of the people I can see(nung nakasilip ako) is way older than me I would know how to approach.and lastly. If I pool my money together I may be able to afford(in a manner of speaking) those fancy gym memberships at the mallsproblema lang they charge by credit card at may byahe din papunta. 1 Quote Link to comment

Ask yourself why you want to do it. Basic dyan yung health and conditioning, like I said the earth is our gym. Don't confine yourself to the gym-mentality, or tulad ng uso ngayon "running", badminton, etc, napakarami talagang options. Physically what do you enjoy the most. Walk for starters, try mo mag walk kase walang pressure walang technique na kelangan, napakadali yet your doing something good for your body. Importante is mag start ka instead of not starting at all and overthinking. And if you decide to go to the gym, it's fine just bring yourself there. Meron namang instructor and sometimes may magtuturo sayo na good samaritans. I suggest try mo muna mag bodyweight exercise, it's very effective, walang gastos and trust me mas challenging pa, hindi pa taxing sa joints. Remember your muscle, body, lungs won't know kung fancy ba yung gym mo, garage gym, outdoor. What it recognize are the resistance and stress you put it under. Goodluck sayo and hope you start soon. Enjoy. Quote Link to comment
betloger
pwede mo gawin isometric exercises, ex. giving tension to muscle but with no actual motion or movement, magandang example is tigasan mo braso mo then hold mo lang for 8 to 10secs 3 sets enough na yun magkabilang limb, kung masipag ka isama mo na din abs hehe. Boxing is good also para sa belly depende sa intensity ng work out HIGH INTENSITY (Fast heart beat rhythm) mas maganda, mas magiging maganda pag sinamahan talaga ng diet. Kung may hilig ka naman sa basketball or may malapit na court dyan it will help too malakas din makapayat ang basketball. kung gusto mo relaxing Spa will help, Just remember Diet has a 90% factor in getting in shape!!!!!!!Search mo Wolverine work out para ma inspire ka sa Comic character physique ni Hugh Jackman )) hahaha Edited April 29, 2015 by betloger Quote Link to comment
SpaceCrash
Space Crash, alam mo dude, pag gusto may paraan.. pag ayaw, di talaga mauubos ang dahilan. Stop making excuses, just do it! Start by just brisk walking for 30 mins a day. Haha! Joke! That's about Half right, maganda sana may mag turo sa akin sa gym na namention ko, eh bukod sa older clientele ung atmosphere nila parang you "should know" what to do na . Flaking out is the first step to over come.
