Nakakalungkot isipin na mas karamihan sa mga kababaihan ang nagbabayad para dito kasi ang kanilang mga dating asawa ay mga walang kwenta. Binayad ko sa annullment ko mahigit na 200k kasama na ang NSO change ng status sa package. Masaklap pa nito ay pumunta pa ako sa Mindanao para umattend ng hearing kahit Di ako resident Doon. Eh kahit naman walang divorce sa pilipinas, ang dami dami dyang magasawa na naghihiwalay din. Kasi sa ayaw at sa gusto ng simbahan kung ang magasawa talagang ayaw na magsama maghihiwalay at maghihiwalay din yan. You might as well provide the law to make everything legal. Let those who wanna use it do so. At kung matibay naman talaga pagsasama nyo, anong magagawa ng pagkakaroon ng divorce law para sirain ito? Quote Link to comment

ilukaok Posted February 18, 2016 Share Posted February 18, 2016 ayaw i-tackle ng law makers ang divorce for what reason i do not know.....pero meron annullment na mas magastos at mas matagal.... another question is....bakit ayaw ng lawmakers discuss ang divorce a sila yung maraming kept woman and man for that matter....? isip....isip.... yung mga meron kept woman eh alam naman ng lahat ng citizen and real wives na in denial or turning a blind eye and brain.... basta continous ang sustento ay ok lang kahit ano pa yan.... may nagsabi nga sa itaas...pera-pera lang yan.... However, I am not even sure if it has passed first reading.Yeah I just checked, the first time this bill was filed was 2005, and until now, 11 years down the line, not once has it passed the first reading because "pro-Christian" groups keep pressuring the lawmakers not to pay attention to this bill. This is not good for the society because it weakens the family as the basic unit of society. They have welfare, we do not. Men will become 2nd class citizens and be divorce raped. No man in his right mind will want to get married. There will be no incentive for men to get married if they are 2nd class citizens. Thus no families will be formed. We have to think farther into the future because this is about the fabric of this society. We should think of laws that help IMPROVE the lives of people in the future. Western culture is different, their culture took advantage ot the law.All other third world countries have divorce law, if it doesn't work for them why don't they repeal or amend the law. We should preserve and strengthen the cohesiveness of the family. Divorce will weaken the family as an institution. We have a strict annulment process as a way for legal separation. Its been tested for centuries. Divorce is just an option to those couples that really need to go on separate lives. Our annulment is very strict?
