If the question is how can i increase my cardio endurance the fastest? The answer is HIIT Hi Intensity Interval Training. Numerous research studies prove this.

 

There are many variations but the proven method is the Tabata protocol. What you do: jumping rope, cycling in place, kettlebell swings is not as important as can YOU do the movement safely and does it get your heart rate up. Do no more than 3x a week unless part of a guided program. Otherwise results benefits diminish.
