Medyo panic ako sa bacterial and pus. So I went to do a second opinion. This time Urologist na talaga. He said to me (I think azythromicin ung anti biotic was presicribed 500mg 2 tabs.) what they did to me sa city health office was shotgun therapy raw. Bombarded ung dosage. He also said to me na dapat pinaalam ng city health office kng ano ung infection ko. Tumawa na llang xa sa, perhaps sa ginawa ng city health. But I had to confirm though. Sabi nya, Normal lang raw. Esp ung Pus Cells. If meron infection, based on his experience it would spike to 50 at peeing would be so very hard raw.

Also sabi nya baka ung bacterial sa urinalysis ko was contaminated kasi hindi clean catch ung ginawa ko (Huwag raw ung initial stream ng ung kunin nang sample but ung mid stream ng pee. )

 

Just for good measure, pina examine ko si Junior externaly for issues. So far, wala naman problema raw.

 

Lastly, sabi ko. Doc, baka asymptomatic ako d pa lumabas ung symptom. He said was, usually or at most, females ung carrier and ung males mabilis talaga lumabas ung infection.

 

So that's that. He prescribe me some tablets raw and do a test again after 15days.

^ I doubt if there are available in the markets, sa health centers merong rapid test kits. They are reliable as long as the test is taken within the window period 3-6 months from exposure.

I haven't tried rapid or over the counter tests kasi like what I've said madali lang magpa consult sa doctors and mas safe and reliable. Mas okay sa akin yung peace of mind of going to a medical practitioner and asking their professional advice kesa magbakasali sa ibang sources/means.There is no going back from severe cases of HIV/STDs pa naman, mahirap na.

Hi mga guys.. if your doing an unprotected lifestyle better do the screening for HIV. The point is dapat may baseline and you can repeat it yearly unless you have contact to a suspected hiv carrier. The protocol for any std/sti patient going to a clinic is to do a hiv screening. Among the cases of hiv less than 5% ang men and women. Yes mostly MSM pero be careful kasi may msm na bisexual. Usually hiv cases will manifest after years of infection or the patient became immunocompromise.

For STI/STD, you can have as simple na low grade fever, painful urination to penile dischage. Here we need to treat but with the supervision ng MD particularly sana if possible specializing in infectious disease. There are cases kc of STD na naging recurrent and eventually nagComplicate to other organs. Kaya do not self medicate. The clinics for STD/HIV or infectious disease specialist are trained not to judge you. They are there to help.. matagal na nila ginagawa ito and hindi lang ikaw ang pasyenteng may ganyan.

Further more, kindly ask your thera if may yearly clearance/screening sila from their lgu's health unit. Usually urinalysis, fecalysis, hiv test or pap smear ang pinapagawa but not all. Yes LGU mandated that sa mga MP. Ang alam kosa qc mahigpit sila kaya you can ask the thera. Ganun din sa Pasay area. In my part kung wala mapakita sa akin yung thera at gustong gusto ko talaga then I would settle sa non-penetration kaysa naman mabitin pa ako. It could mean many things have yourself tested within two months from contact, in the meantime keep yourself clean, wala munang love making sa ibang partner abstain muna for reliable result then pag nagnegative repeat mo a month after or 3 months from contact.

Thank you for the explanation sir. Just to update lang so far ok ako. Clear na ako sa mga "Encounters" for almost a year and counting na. Ayaw ko mahawa ung partner ko and ung future namin. Meron naman mag satiate ng needs ko. But saying to all who have the lifestyle or d kaya mag abstain ang tawag ng laman;) The higher the price the cleaner (at most), find a fubu who would mutually satiate the human thirst or if your will power is strong, Abstain and stop the strain.
