  1. R for @Allyson GL127 April 10 AM shift and to confirm, she was Ashley of Hokage Cainta.

EOB 10/10. I just live nearby sa area ng GL and told her na pupunta ako in 15 mins kasi Hokage moves, so she secured the time slot immediately.

AV: 10/10 Overall customer experience pa rin sa alaga from the booking, the time she entered the room, at sa paglabas ko yung nakasilip pa sya from the showroom door hanggang makalabas ako ng GL reception. She will make sure you are comfortable, happy and maximizing the actual time you paid.

BV: 9/10 Mas nagkalaman sya ngayon na mas bagay kaysa dati na payat. Mas maputi din sya ngayon kasi before she was morena to me (baka sa lighting lang).

FV: 10/10 Same face and smile.

MV: 11/10 Legit massage in various ways. I love the stretching

PI: Beyond/10: This was more a catch-up session na naging PSE. So kamustahan muna with hugs and kisses then nag shower kami together. Sa shower we got turned on kasi na alam mo yung feeling na sabik na sabik kayo kasi matagal kayong magkakilala na di nag kita (yung feeling na parang kayo dati), so we did a lot there while the shower was running. After the steamy shower, we proceeded to the bed where she gave a sensual body to body massage before the action which I rate as PSE and for you to find out.  There are other things she did that is not related to the action,  but I find pleasurable and sweet during our conversations.

Value for Money: Yes na yes. But I suggest giving an extra to her with that top notch customer service.

Will You Recommend The Spa and the Masseuse: Big YES for me. The room where we stayed was nice, will check out the other rooms next time.

Thanks Allyson 127, I enjoyed our time together. Sa uulitin!

Random Guide for Marikina/Far East Spas tried.

    • Seven Senses

    - Sumulong Highway, in between Marikina and Masinag.

    - 700php entrance

    - Entrance includes 1 hour massage, 20-30 minutes wet area (jacuzzi & sauna) and unlimited iced tea

    - Two sets of schedule for therapists, afternoon and evening.

    - No show up. Only names. Best to ask your friends first on who to suggest or go random shopping.

    - Last call at 1am

    > Best place to go if you prefer to have a legitimately good massage over the ES. Their worst therapists in terms of massage are more often better than the best ones in other spas.

    > In terms of time, they never rush their massage. Always at one hour or exceeding one hour.

    > In terms of ES, lowest is 1,000. You can avail of other ES services, but that normally ranges from 1,500 to 2,000. Not all therapists offer the additional ES services. I know some therapists offer even higher, but never tried.

~ From my experience, most of the therapists I prefer are from the afternoon schedule.

~ Coleen is the most attractive and Carol has the best massage (maybe in the whole East, tbh)

    • Oasis Spa

    - Gil Fernando Ave, second floor of Farinas Empanada.

    - Entrance 600 (some packages with therapists have free entrance)

    - Bed on the floor, curtained “rooms” with thin wooden dividers.

    - Maybe one of the most distracting points is you can hear the other room, easily.

    - No show up. But photos are here at MTC.

    - 24 hours

    > Massage is good to great, and depends on the therapist. You’ll probably get the massage for around 30-40 minutes since you’d need to have time for the ES.

    > Unlike some spas, it doesn’t feel like they’re rushing the massage, which is good. But it is still considerably less than an hour.

    > Therapists are not as attractive as they are in the photos, but they are still pretty attractive compared to others in the East. (Honestly, if they didn’t photoshop or have heavy filters in the photos, I’d still go for the FV.)

    > ES price is quite painful for the wallet but if that’s what you’re mainly looking for, it’s worth the visit.

~ Therapists are nice and very easy to talk to. A lot of them have their own crazy techniques that you’d like to revisit. I appreciate the variety of therapists here so when I’m looking for a particular thing to do,  I can normally find one of the therapists here.

~ The best has to be Sophia. No comment.

    • Crystal Spa

    - Gil Fernando Ave., across Over Easy.

    - Entrance 600-700 (1 hour to 1.5hr), includes Sauna

    - I used to like the Sauna here until I discovered Seven Senses. Theirs is glass, so it tends to fog, unlike at Seven which has wood.

    - Rooms are quite big, so you’d be comfortable inside. Still, curtains only. But the other room is at least not audible.

    - No show up. Plus, most of their therapists wear a mask anyway.

    - Closes at 2am

    > Massage is better than most but not as good as Seven. Though, time is still well spent and they never rush and still complete the time for the massage.

    > ES depends on the therapist. Pretty much hit or miss here. Price is a little bit less than as Seven.

~ Only had three experiences here so far, they were all suitable. My go-to place if my body hurts but I still want the non-standard ES.

    • La Bella Spa

    - Gil Fernando, second floor above RCBC, beside the new Blakes.

    - Entrance 1,200 (1 pop), 1,500 (2 pops)

    - No show up. Photos are on their FB page.

    - 24 hours

    > Therapists are not as attractive as those in Oasis.

    > “No touch policy” is implemented.

    > Their lingam massage is pretty great though.

    > Not sure if their shower works already.

~ Only went once (at this branch), hopefully some therapists from other branches would transfer here.

    • Caricia Spa

    - Marcos Highway, second floor beside (forgot the name of the kbbq place)

    - Entrance 450-600 (1 hr - 1.5hr)

    - Cubicles are small and rooms are divided only by curtains so you can expect to hear the one beside you.

    - Yes to show up. But only upon checking their photos at the counter. So at least you can choose.

    - 24 hours, so a frequent past 3am target.

    > Massage is hit or miss. But more often than not its a hit. The good ones are around the same as Crystal level.

    > ES, prices vary but generally the cheapest from the bunch.

~ Frequented here very early on and the therapists then were better than those now.

~ Kyla is easily the most attractive, but same as the others, ES is limited and she’s not very talkative.

    • Avalaya Spa

    - Marcos Highway, beside Pizza Hut

    - Forgot the entrance rate, around the same as Caricia

    - I hate the rooms here. I always feel like someone died inside. Plus, its very cramped.

    - No show up. Best to ask others who’ve visited prior.

    - Closes at 3am, if I’m not mistaken

    > Massage was acceptable though generally around the same as Caricia, but more consistent throughout therapists.

    > ES, around the same price as Caricia.

~ Generally had great experiences with the massage and ES from those I’ve encountered. But I’ve never really tried any of their therapists without a suggestion first.

    • Sultan Spa

    - Marcos Highway, before Decathlon.

    - Entrance 700 (includes Sauna)

    - Rooms are very spacious but only curtains are used to close.

    - No show up. Best to ask for advice first on who to try.

    - Closes at 8pm

    > Massage has to be the second best after Seven Senses. But, Seven is more consistent. They don’t rush as well and make sure to complete the time for the massage.

    > ES is very pricey. Around the same as Seven Senses, but some therapists have higher than usual rates.

~ Tried a few and had good experiences. Painful to the wallet though.

~ Julia is your target here. Best in terms of massage. Best in terms of looks. Really really attractive and accommodating. Also quite pricey, but deservedly so.

PS, if anyone knows where some of the Hokage and Luxe girls are, please dm me. Help a brother out. 🫶 Those were my go-to places before they closed.

Thank you for this informative guide to help our fellow eastern members. You missed Hiway Spa.

2022 is all about self improvement for me. So I decided to take up biking. This has been on my mind since 2020 when pandemic started, then moreso around november last year when I started a healthier lifestyle.

I initially planned to enroll in a gym but i dont think it is safe yet. So to hit two birds with one stone, biking is the logical solution.

I need help. I was gonna buy a bike at the start of the year, but i was hit with covid and is still in quarantine. Once Im done isolating, i want to get my own bike.

What should i get with a measly budget of 10k max. This is the absolute max.

Please note, i am new to biking. I dont even know how to ride a bike. So i'll be learning that as soon as i buy one. Im also only 4'11 so the big tall bikes are not for me.

Any suggestions ? It must be budget-friendly, beginner-friendly and height-friendly.

I mostly plan to bike around my village first then hopefully when im capable, ride longer distances and when the world permits, still use it to go to work in Makati.

    TIA

Hoping for your speedy recovery @Viola. I do agree with @figaro888that a folding bike covers your requirement "budget-friendly, beginner-friendly and height-friendly"  as a starting point. This is a convenient commuter bike that is allowed on trains (MRT, LRT) and Grab or Taxi. I saw a budget folding bike which looks good for its price around 5-6k, the Garuda folding bike and the Skyland folding bike. Try looking it up in FB Marketplace to have an idea. Save the remaining money for your bike upgrade (accessories, maintenance, parts or a new bike. hehehe). Hope this helps.
