I get stressed out physically often, but psychologically, I stay positive and don't let it affect me. In life we actually need stress, positive stress to energize us.

In reality, if some problem comes along, and I can remedy or solve it, I try my best. But if the condition cannot be change, I conserve my energy and pray for it.

It is all about outlook and expectations. I have used exersize, taking leisure trip, regular vacation, shopping, surfing the net, watching telenovelas and of course more constructive work to relieve stress. But none beat proper rest and relaxation by listening to our body.

I enjoy watching shows in Las Vegas especially Cirque de Soleil and La Femme. Try going to a place there where you can buy ticket at half price, the place is always shown in travel guide you pick up there. Shopping has also become fantastic in Las Vegas, I like the one in Ceasars Palace and the big Mall.

Thay have a place where only sell all elecronics and computer hardware. I go there via taxi. Suggest you ask the concierge in hotel as there is only one area in Taipeh. For food, try shabu shabu, with Hagen Daz ice cream for dessert. All you can eat.

I like the chili and pepper crab in Newton's hawker market. They are big as above one kilo and very fresh. While savoring crab, also try the barbeque Stingray.

Puede na, although smaller than all other disney, but it is complete. Price is also reasonable. Most of all, there are many Pinoy entertainers. Actually, phase 2 and phase 3 was supposed to be finished, but as to date has not even started. While going to Disneyland Hong Kong, suggest na tuloy na rin kayo sa Ocean Park.

I have taken a cruise to Alaska, West carribean, East Carribean, Hawaiian island and the greek isles. The advantage with crusing is the ship's service. LOdging, activities and very excellent food.

In cruising, you still pay for land tour to each destination. That is extra. These tours are bitin, because you have limited hours. But all in all, the cruise is gastronomical and you do noy worry about your baggage and activities.

In places like Europe, I rather do the land tour type where you stay in different hotels having to ride on a big bus or ferry. You see more places that way.

I use the pc and the MAC. For the MAC, there is no comparison to the firewire when it comes to speed and data transfer. I use MAC mainly for photo and video editing, through finalcut pro program for video and iphoto and photoshop for photo.

I use up to 1200 gig of external memory for my MAC. There is no substitute for MAC when it comes to graphic programs, even if it is pricy.
