Kelangan gradual ang weight gain para muscles ang lalaki hindi taba and you can do that by doing household chores like paglalaba, pamamlantsa or ironing clothes, house cleaning and pag-iigib ng tubig then eat a balanced diet consists of protein for muscle building and rice for energy after every 3 hours.

yup...nice...cheaper pa...hehehehehe :D

Gradual weight loss is the best aside from the fact that its a change of life style for the better, it conditions your body to adapt to the gradual loss of body weight thus having no side effects like loose skin and does not leave you stretch marks.

i had the same problem two years ago when i weighed only about 87 lbs at 5'3." payat talaga. it didn't matter how much food i ate and when. didn't work.

then i started going to the gym. now i weigh 103 lbs at 5'3" .not bad. going to the gym is good for muscle firm up. it is a also a healthy practice. i used to lift weights too.

ang masasabi ko lang mga pare is mag-gym kayo ... 6 months ago i'm weighing 59 kilos at 5'9 1/2 .... I started going to the gym and ate a lot of nutritious foods plus the protein supplements, Bumuhat ng mabibigat with less repetions and visit the gym atleast 3 to 4 times a week, ang mahalaga is yung may pahinga ka coz that's the time you're body is gaining weight/muscles not during workouts, you'll only need to work out para punitin yung muscles mo then during rest times dun ka nag-ggain. To make my story short .. I'm 74 kilos now with a very good posture.

madali lang mag gain ng weight. first of all, kumain ka ng maraming chicharon at mga taba ng karne.
tapos inumin mo yung mantika kung saan niluto yung pagkain mo.

Muscle always weighs more than fat. When you eat all these weight gaining shakes and bars always make sure you exercise with them because if you don't then you are gaining unhealthy weight. I tried a low carb, high protein diet and I actually gained weight because I gained muscles instead of fat.

15 years ago when i went to boot camp for the US Army, i was 127 pounds ( 58 kilos)...4 months after our training, i went up to 140 lbs...and i strongly believe that it was because of the hard training, weight training and all the push ups we did...almost all of the skinny ones gained weight/muscles after the bootcamp...the big/fat ones lost alot of weight...one 6 footer, big guy lost 70 lbs...my point is...training/exercise WILL change your physique and your innerself...God Bless...noah
