hello sirs, im seeking your advice regarding how to properly bulk up. i recently went for a massage, and the masseuse commented that "hindi daw siksik ang braso ko"  :huh:  . although I dont consider myself thin (im 5'5" with about 63 kg mass), and I do have some unsightly lovehandles  :sick:  ... is there a way for me to bulk up a little bit without resorting too much on heavy diets? My work demands that I do shifts for 36 hours every 3rd day of my schedule so Im at a disadvantage when I comes to "free-time-for-gyms"...

I hope you can help me out...

hmmm. i can't think of anything you have to do except to lift weights, otherwise, kung diet lang, lalawlaw ka.

bro, it will help if compared to nothing at all.
ang nakikita ko nga lang dito is yung progression o yung gradual increase of weights that you may require in the future pag nawalan ka na ng challenge dun sa bigat na binubuhat mo.

what i would suggest, na kung bibili ka ng weights para sa house, is yung pwedeng palitan ng bigat o ng plato.

why dont you do it the sumo wrestler's way? they don't eat breakfast, they start their day working out. then they develop a big appetite for lunch (carbo loading). then during the afternoon they rest. unhealthy though

if you just want to put on weight kasi you find yourself too thin, you should just increase your food intake but make sure you still follow a balanced diet. it won't happen overnight but you should eventually start putting on weight. remember, though, that genes pretty much decide your body type. kakainggit ka naman.

do some stretching first bro. ako din i bought myself a set of plates ( four 5lbs, two 2.5lbs) i start with 10lbs (10reps) den add more plates after. depende sayo kung ano target mo and consumable time. ako minsan 15-30mins lng sa haus pag wala time to go to the gym. then eat agad after workout. i take whey protein and some wheat breads

i do this every mrng b4 goin to work pag may time pa

badtrip..mostly ang lumalaki agad eh tyan kow..tapos still payat parin ang mga legs and arms kow....grr...1 cup of rice naman ang ginagawa kow and still doing sit ups during my work out...workout naman me and avoidng cardioworkout..pero weights ginagawa kow kaso parang lalo pa me pumapayat at everytime na hinahabol ko sa pagkain..tyan kow lang ang napapansin kow nalaki..almost a month na ito..di ako nagtatake ng supplements cause wlang effect sa akin?help pls...thnks in adv :)

bro try mo ung weight gain ng gnc..it worked for me..2 weeks lng..i gained 7lbs..

good for me i do not need to work hard for that. ung dating gawain ko nung HS ako yung kapanahunan na pahirapan ang tubig.... early morning igib ng tubig pagkatapos mo magbomba.... kapagod, masakit sa katawan pero maganda effect... laki ng chest ko ngayun...

i actually ate a lot... kaso ako di pa rin ako tumaba... instead only my belly got a bit bigger... nawala ung washboard abs ko nun... :( i can't lift a lot of weights din nman kasi i got scoliosis... :( wat to do pls?

i actually ate a lot... kaso ako di pa rin ako tumaba... instead only my belly got a bit bigger... nawala ung washboard abs ko nun... :( i can't lift a lot of weights din nman kasi i got scoliosis... :( wat to do pls?

dude, you can still go to the gym and lift weights, just for toning and strenght-training, not to bodybuild. just keep on eating.

you may want to consult w/your doctor w/regards to your scoliosis, 'coz you have limits.

Kelangan gradual ang weight gain para muscles ang lalaki hindi taba and you can do that by doing household chores like paglalaba, pamamlantsa or ironing clothes, house cleaning and pag-iigib ng tubig then eat a balanced diet consists of protein for muscle building and rice for energy after every 3 hours.
