Cardio and exercise. Para hindi mabilis hingalin. Mas ok din if you eat right, keeps your body energized.

Just dont take in excess because it will make your skin lighter, if that is not your intention though.

Take Vitamin A it helps in production of sperm, just don't overdose yourself as in taking of excess Vitamin A, along with D, E, K. Kaya wag ADEK! Hehe. :)

 

But if you really want to juice up yourself on Vit A, take the precursor form so it would be safe. USANA Essentials contains all ADEK in precursor form so no need to be afraid,

Nothing beats natural method. Hahaha. Abstain talaga if you really want to increase your sperm count/volume.

Last longer in bed? Eat healthy and exercise daily. Like what everybody said sa thread, stop and go.

Want to make it tasty? Eat fruits like cranberry or pineapple. Eat more vegetables. (But watch out for the food that makes your c bitter. Just search it for yourself)

Lastly, self confidence. Tiwala lang. Hahahha

Take Vitamin E and L Carnitine regularly.

Although Vitamin E is fat soluble vitamin, give a week rest after a month of in take.
