when i started out, i used to wear gloves. but since it kinda gets sweaty, stinky & all o' that s@%t plus mainit cya sa kamay. so its been a year na since i dont wear gloves anymore. how bout you?!

haven't worn gloves in 6 years. I use straps for heavy pulling tho and thats about it

i still wear gloves...magaspang na nga ang kamay ko nahiya ako sa girl ko..kelangan mag gloves para di na lumala.. :headsetsmiley:

Lifting Straps... assists the forearms during exercises that may require heavy pulling like deadliftss, rows and other pulling movements

nkktamad kasi magback minsan...based from my experience.. the back is the least body part that people look at. hehe

pero boss di ka ba kinakalyo? i gave up on gloves kasi parang ganun din. esp when i do biceps..(well i maybe wrong or bka di proper ung hawak ko. hehe)but im gonna try what the vets here suggested. lifting straps. ^_^

I used to workout without gloves, then I noticed that my palms are getting rough, since then I always wear gloves.

nakkatamad true. but, you need to work your back to create the illusion of you looking wider, and it also helps improve your posture

Gloves definitely helps especially if you are doing chin-ups and a lot of freeweights since the grip can hurt your palm....

I recomend the gloves with "grip assist flaps" that works like straps manufactured by Harbinger. I was able to purchase mine in Waltermart Quezon City.

I only use gloves when doing anarobics. Not when I am doing aerobics. For me, it helps to arrest callous on my palms althought it doens't prevent it. I just don't like gloves when my hands gets sweaty and leaves marks on my hand.

bawas kalyo pag may gloves.

even if makapal na kalyo mo, mapapansin mong ninipis ito when you wear gloves.
