mga sir..ok po ba nag taho milk..i try it eh ..b4 i go work out i drink 800 ml of it...ok ba yun???gusto ko kasi mag gain ng mass ..

Is soya milk healthy? Where's the best place to buy? Any brands, flavors you would recommend?

It's called soya milk or soybean milk.

Tastes good to me, as long as it's sweetened

Plus the proteins and other nutrients that go with it

Maganda rin ito sa mga lactose intolerant. Marami na akong variants nakikita, melon, choco, strawberry, coffee etc... pero masarap pa rin yung plain.

Soya Milk is rich in protein ....
Taho higher
Tofu hugher than high

Those into Muscle building.... this is recommended

To gain muscle mass you need a balanced diet and to work out.

Carbs for the energy to work out (although be careful as too many can lead to an excess and fat buildup) and proteins to assist in the building of muscle and recovery.

This is a simplified explanation but a good place to start.

In this context taho is a good source of protein and it is low in fat.

yup, i drink soya milk too, pero not everyday. mga twice o once a week lang. i still prefer yung taho na kinakain eh.

ang sugar content ng soy milk is very minimal to have an effect for you to gain fat. susunugin mo lang din yan s pagwoworkout mo.

bakit may nabasa akong article ,, some bodybuilders stay away from soya because of estrogen content,, can someone explain this? estrogen daw inhibit muscle growth,,, :wacko:

I think if you were to consume taho, it might be better to remove the sugar aspect of it to make it more healthier. I agree that too much of something is bad, soy bean will increase your uric acid level, be careful.
