simple formula for slimming down or losing weight:

 

less intake of fatty and sugar rich food + lots of activity = lost weight

 

dont forget to eat 3-4 times a day (light food like sandwiches and pasta )

limit intake of fatty food but dont abstain so u wont crave for it

walk (avoid elevators and escalators)

jog or run or ride a bike

indulge in a sport/activity that burn calories while ur having fun (sex burns a lot of calories and its also fun kahit na 3 times a day)

 

simple as that and ur sure to lose weight

basta po, big help ang di kayo mag-beer or at least bawasan nyo naman kung di nyo po kaya... tas less rice (ako nga po ulam lang ngayon ang kinakain ko... i lost 10 punds or 2 inches sa tyan in barely 4 weeks)... pag gutom po kayo pero di pa meal time, magandang pangtawid po ng gutom is water... or juice or iced tea kung umay na kayo sa water... tapos po, jogging kayo mga thrice a week...

seriously? increase your metabolic rate! how?

 

do stairs, instead of elavators/escalators, one good exercise is climbing stairs by two steps at a time, try and hold your breath as you do so as long as you can. do a 15 stair double step climb, slowly at first, then go faster as you progress. go down as fast as fast can. get good cardio-vascular, legs and concentration workout from this.

 

eat for energy, if your goin to work, do so. goin to sleep or rest, dont!

drink fluids or juices with toast bread(garlic bread), do so in a month, watch urself slim down really fast

cut down on softdrinks, go nuts donuts, starbucks frapps, wanna get drunk, shift to jack daniels.

Mga bro good news naglose na ako ng 2 inch sa waist ko. sinonud ko lang yung librong binasa ko

na ang best way is to reduce the food intake in its minimum amount medyo mahirap lang sa umpisa manghihina ka kasi :mtc:

when eating, use a smaller plate than the one you currently use...logic is, mapapagod ka sa seconds servings eh, its also a measure of control.
