A lot of people have worse. And your feelings is actually far better. Your anxiety may be the result of depression, mood swings or the lack of it. Either way, you have a choice. use it wisely. I agree with ms iwalkalone (now I know why ). Don't do it when they're around. Get a gun, point up to your chin. That's usually the quickest way to go. Oh, and make sure to do it when they're gone or not looking.. Kidding aside, when life is crashing before my eyes, I do one of two things; I slow down, think back, find an open church to reflect, and say to myself that the next person have it a lot worst than I do.
