You don't have to take vitamins if you live a healthy lifestyle and eat well-balanced nutritious meals everyday. But if you feel you'll need one...IMMUVIT. It has both types of Ginseng roots kaya okay sa kama and claims to be good stimulant of endorphins.

Guys there's a book sa national bookstore, Comparative Guide to Nutritional Supplements by. Lyle Macwilliams (4th edition) Consumer edition. Over 1500 brands of supplements from US & Canada are studied & rated. Bought it sa national bookstore for only 850 pesos.. PM me if you want a scanned copy. all major brands such as centrum, GNC, Alive, Pharmaton, amway, nu skin pharmanex, etc are rated there. Be informed about the choice your making.

vitamin pills are hiyangan...not because it is expensive it means mas mabisa...usually more expensive means more ingredients....but do you need all of those... many vitamins are taken naturally with a balance diet.. avoid too much vit A, D, E and K. take only the prescribe amount depende sa body weight mo.

meron nagbigay sa min imported centrum for 50+ a couple of years ago. para sa mother ko actually. lately lang sya uminom ng vitamins. e nakita namin July 2011 ang expiry date e bagong bukas lang. wala bang grace period ang expiry date o pag sinabi up to July 2011, wala nang bisa ang vitamins or hindi na pwede inumin? appreciate your advice. tnx.

usually medicines including vitamins have grace period of 3 to 6 months...just make sure the storage condition of the drugs are optimum.

Try to check the RECOMMENDED DAILY ALLOWANCE (RDA) of each vitamins. Too much dosage is not good especially for FAT-SOLUBLE vitamins(A, D, E, and K) and even WATER-SOLUBLE vitamins (B and C). There is such thing as vitamin overdose! The best brand of vitamins will be the one complying to the RDA standards. Just an info... ^_^
