It's becoming popular these days, neo-paganism and witchcraft. What are your views?

It's becoming popular due to fad, due to what shows and movies have portrayed, due to harry potter. Which I don't mind at all actually. After all, this is what I call looking back to the roots. The catholic church tried adapting everything pagan to its religion. kaya we celebrate all saints and all souls day, christmas day, holy week. we recognize santa, the easter bunny, etc. all these... are actually pagan, not christian. here's an awakening. Christ was not born on Christmas Day.

There are other practices as well that i believe is more powerful than witchcraft. our own mangkukulam/mambabarang is actually different from this craft.

neopaganism is already a hybrid of sorts. this includes the practice used by king solomon. yes, the biblical king solomon. he practiced magic and created the famous books the lesser and greater key of solomon the king. kaya natatawa ako na ang bible nagfoforbid to do such practice.. when in fact their biblical figures are doing such, and praying is an act of casting a spell.

anyhow, i believe it's time. if you are attuned to the realm to what i call the paranormal network, or even just reading throughout the internet. you will notice andaming nabubuong groups.. wiccan groups, psychic groups, etc.

I have to cut this short. mashado tong magiging mahaba if i simply let my thoughts flow over this.

mas madami ang practitioners ng taoism, low profile nga lang...

shintoism is indigenous only to japanese people <_<

i'm sure there are some who are willing, but are you pyschologically and emotionally and spiritually prepared for whatever you might discover?

Sometimes you don't have to teach it. Sometimes it's the cards that speak to you.

@ SC - huwaw! So true my dear brother, so true. One can be taught something however, if the person isn't ready to accept what is being taught, then nothing good will come out of it.
