Ang sinagot dito is if someone questioned it. Kanya kanya naman sila nag file kaya hidni naman automatic na kapag na void yung isa void na rin yung iba. Si Trillanes kasi masyadong uhaw sa media kaya ayun nag backlash sa kanya. Bakit hindi siya o ikaw ang mag question sa iba para maimbistigahan na rin di ba. AFAIK it was self initiated by this administration. Why dont the admin initiate as well dun sa mga kaalyado kung as they said dahil irregular lang talaga and they are not trying to single him out. Mostly because this Duterte regime can't make up its mind on what basis to use to invalidate Trillanes' grant of amnesty. Under Proc 572, dahil daw "no application was filed." This pertained specifically to Trillanes, so siya lang ang may problema dapat. When various secondary evidence surfaced showing that, yes, Trillanes did in fact file an application for amnesty, biglang kambyo: now the issue is, former DND Secretary Gazmin signed the Certificate of Amnesty daw, ergo hindi daw valid yung grant of amnesty because <insert flimsy legal reasoning here>. There goes the problem: it has been a matter of practice and expedience that after a President issues a proclamation granting amnesty (which is itself the act of granting amnesty as provided in the Constitution), the tasks of processing the applications and approving the applications based on the guidelines provided in the presidential proclamation are delegated to either a Cabinet Secretary or a Commission convened for that specific purpose. So under the new theory, *all* amnesty grantees from the time of Marcos were invalidly granted amnesty, as pretty much all past Presidents granted amnesty in this manner. So paano na? Under the first theory walang problema, si Trillanes lang ang may sabit. Kaya lang, walang factual basis. Under the second theory naman, kung invalid dahil lang si Gazmin yung nakapirma, eh di under the constitutional principle of equal protection, dapat lahat ng kaso ng lahat ng amnesty grantees ibubuhay ulit. Besides, even if the rules are bent and he is indeed tried militarily, the worst that could happen is he be dismissed from the service - which is another kagaguhan.
