Constipation ... All About It

Include plenty of high-fiber foods in your diet such as green, leafy vegetables, fruits, and whole grain cereals. Reduce the consumption of foods with low amounts of fiber such as processed foods, and dairy and meat products. Drink plenty of water. Stay as active as possible and try to get regular exercise. Since it's always flu season dito sa atin, try to take at least 500mg Vitamin C (but not more than 2000mg) daily.

 

All of the above work for me.
