Got my first cc with rcbc. You just need to open a hexagon account with them and they will provide you with a credit card. Not a prepaid cc.

BPI tinawagan lang ako. I didn’t apply for or submit any documents. They offered me the credit card over the phone, and they sent it to me. This happened more than 10 years ago pa and the card is still active. It’s the only credit card I have and I don’t plan on getting another one. Ginagamit ko pang grocery, pag namimili sa mall tapos pay off agad para ndi mabaon sa utang.

BDO for me. I have a basic account with them. Pa unti unti lang naman ako naglalagay then they eventually sent a card without me asking for it. But for others going with your payroll account's bank could be the better move since they already know you.

The bank you've been with the longest. Usually sila pa mag o-offer. BDO gave me my first one.

i have citibank and union bank. sadly citibank ph was bought by union bank so i need to find another one for redundancy and lose one union bank cc.
