Boosting Your Immune System

Recommended Posts

Nothing beats a healthy lifestyle. Eat well-balanced meals. Supplement with vitamins and minerals. Drink an adequate amount of water. Exercise regularly and moderately (don't overdo it.) Manage stress. Think positive. Sleep well. Have meaningful relationships. Have a goal and challenge yourself. The last two are just as important. Whatever you're preoccupied with mentally and emotionally will eventually reflect on your physical health---really. Depression has been known to affect the immune system. Bottomline: use a holistic approach in maintaining good health, and you can't go wrong.

Overextending oneself beyond your physical limits can have an adverse effect on your immune system. When you don't get enough rest, your body becomes more susceptible to infection when you push yourself too hard. Stress and the resulting anxiety can also take its toll. This is why regular exercise is important. It improves your body's ability to deal with greater physical demands, as well as provide you with an outlet for stress.

WALA BANG  BAGONG SUPPLEMENT NA NASA MARKET TO BOOST OUR IMMUNE SYSTEM?

Any reliable brand of Vitamin C will do just fine for this purpose; but of course, you should consider that this cannot possibly compensate for a lifestyle which predisposes you to illnesses. Should you find yourself in a situation wherein this is unavoidable, however, just recognize your body's limitations and act accordingly. Take it easy. No remedy can substitute for a healthy lifestyle (you also won't have to shell out money unnecessarily, this way.)
