may nakita akong extreme/exotic food....i saw on TV...somewhere up north ata

u feed ur dog food stuff until bloated na sya....then when d dog is looking the other way....kick the belly....viola.....yung isusuka ng aso....yun na yun.

i just want to know what u call that. it was a delicacy in northern luzon.

my foreigner friends would like to know more about it kasi.

That resto in Angono specializes in exotic fods.

I went there once pero I didn't get the names of the food served.

I wasn't aware that time, bata pa ata ako eh.

 

Balaw-balaw ata yung name.

yup, balaw-balaw is still up & running. i don't want to sound like a paid endorser but i recommend this place if a person's really into exotic foods. this place really has a long list of exotic dishes. just came here 3 weeks ago. this resto also doubles as a museum. cool place to bring foreigners for dining and leisure although i'm a little bit spooked about the place's ambiance.

Pang Soup No.5 lang ako ... although I have tried Zebra balls and Buffalo (Bison) steak. I wouldn't try the Zebra again.

I tasted frog legs already as well as kalderetang kambing.. i thought it was beef

Sea urchin,octopus at Saisaki sawa,bayawak,palaka in balawbalaw,angono,camaru or crickets in pampanga,live shrimp or jumping salad in La union,snake and turtle in hong kong,field rat in thailand,sago palm worm in sarawak,malaysia,lambs testicles in new zealand,alligator in texas,moose in canada regards :cool:

On BALAW-BALAW: i had a chance to interview Mr. Perdigon Vocalan, the owner of the place a few years back... Rizal-born recipes are really yummy! he used to cook the food that they served personally, but as the business grew, they had to hire chefs / cooks. The place looks a bit creepy only because there are loads of artworks of Mr. Vocalan ang his sons. The sulptures in the loft area are fabulous! if i had money then, i'd ask him to do my portrait.

 

on DOGS as delicacies... i can't handle this. :sick:
