depends on your goals. like power, strenght, and endurance with weights, iba rin annbg for sprinting type and marathon/endurance type. that said turo sa amin dati sa PE ay either steadily lower your target time so dapat mas mabilis ka or taasan mo yung distance so dapat mas malayo yung itatakbo mo. FITT principle would likely apply here too

Jump/skip rope is a good alternative especially if going outdoor is not an option.
