Well ganun na nga

 

As what happened to me, obviously the CONTRACTOR fellow, put the blame on my LAN CARD just by LOOKING at it... hehehe

 

Im using Smart Bro and never had problems with it. All i can say is that faulty connection happens due to incompetent contractors who installs your antenna the wrong way. Just my 2 cents

i agree minsan nde magaling un contractors nila. basta maka kuha lang ng signal ok na. madalas nga nagkaka problem signal ko, pero buti nalang nagpaturo ko sa contractor kung pano ba gagawin incase mawalan ng connection. bawal daw talaga ituro un pero kinulit ko lang with the right price kaya tinuro din nila.

nung nag complain ako about their slow connection, sabi PC ko daw, told them impossible kasi gamit ko ok naman tapos biglang ayaw na mag load lahat ng pages pati msn at yM... so sched daw... 2 days later tumawag taga meridian, sabi sira daw yung base station nila and don't touch the settings sa pc kasi sa smart/meridian ang problema... walang kwenta call center ng SmartBROken...

 

ano tinuro syo, share mo naman sa aminpara naman maayos din connectins namin

ok.. allow me share some info.. TechSupport or the people who answer the hotline really needs some improvement.. Smart can't do much right now since (as you probably know).. SmartBro is formerly Meridian, Smart has taken over their operations only last Feb 2006... TechSupport that time is being sub-contracted to another company (practice by Meridian) and it's still place.. Smart as I know is already working on it.. Changes does not happen overnight.

One year na ko next month with SmartBro. Pwede ko nang paputol but no plans yet. One time lang ako nawalan ng connection, di pa si Milenyo ang reason :D Matibay naman pagkakalagay ng antenna so deadma niya malalakas na winds.

 

My landlord had to do some renovation work sa taas namin. Nilipat ba naman yung antenna without telling us so akala ko down lang service ng SmartBro eh kaso mga 2 days nang ganun. Bigla ko lang naalala na nagpapagawa nga landlord ko, nung pinahanap ko yung antenna, wala na sa pwesto niya kasi may pader na dun.

 

Service came after 4-5 days which was ok kasi we had to go out of town naman talaga. Since then, ok naman connection ko. PC ko lang mabagal :lol:

wala kong problem sa smart bro connection ko....yung intermittent, well expected naman lahat yan sa broadband business....nung nagkaroon ng earthquake sa taiwan nung may mapatid na submarince cable, globe broadband user patay na, smart bro buhay na buhay pa...

 

got my smartBro activated last tuesday. service is fine and I was able to share the connection with another laptop in our house. peer to peer wifi connection. hi tech tlga... tpos I read that you can apply for smart wifi if you add 99/month so when you get to a smart wifi zone etc. mall or coffee shop, may connection k n.. astig..

Kasama ko wife ko and kid pumunta ng Smart Center and we gave her a small gift .....

..... she gave us a Smart giveaway in return .... :cool:

so...ang problem is sa contractor talga? parang ganun?...nway...lomex...ano na ang nangyari dun sa manager...hehehe

Smart has the worse customer service. once mwalan ka ng connection it would take weeks before they send field technician to reinstall your connection. smart and pldt sucks.

 

Perhaps you should make a follow-up. Some has better luck for field technicians.. But honestly, sometimes you don't really need a field technician to troubleshoot your problem.. have you tried, quickFix?
