Ever heard of that Baladjay person? So why am I looking for ideas? The current business I'm in kasi is on a slump, kaya I'm looking to diversify into other things. Hindi naman ako susubo without doing a thorough research first. Malay mo, dito ako makahanap ng 'good idea'?! Di naman kaagad subo, pag-aaralan munang mabuti. Now I'm considering investiing again. It's usually speculative. I had a really good run in 2001. Annualized, I earned somewhere near 40%. Bigla kasi nag-surge yung market. Had I waited two more days, I could have earned even more. Of course smallbie lang ako. Had I invested millions then (as if I had even a million!), I could have made a real killing! After all, you'd be so close to schools. All those students wanting to surf the Net. To my surprise, at least two shops went out of business not long after opening. If you have the resources, probably a good venture would be education. Why? Many parents would rather starve themselves than not give their children a good education. Me, I've thought about it, selling lunch items in places where there are many office workers, like Legaspi Village, QC elliptical circle, etc. The downside is the "tong" because most of these are actually illegal in the sense that they don't have permits from City Hall. I would rather do sales face to face. Â Look for a niche product and sell it in your area. research and analyze before diving into a business. pwede magbenta ka ng barbecue sa kanto to selling multimillion real estates.
