the plank is a good excercise for the core. rotation exercise also (preferrably done with a weight say a medicine ball or something). And bridging (front and back).

kitang kita kung sino ang combat athlete sa thread.

 

ngayon ko lang nabasa, at natatawa ako na hindi marunong magbasa ang mga tao, hindi alam kung ano ang core exercise, o matigas lang talaga ang ulo at post lang nang post.

I want to strengthen my core,, but i have a slight back pain problem,, what is the sequence para di naman masyado ma injure ang lower back ko,,, squat first? or dead lift or etc??? please help masters! tIa... :)

 

Another question, do you have postural problems as well? Do you slouch or kuba ka ba?

 

The pain you feel canbe caused by either a very weak back, or an existing problem.

 

Curiously, where do you workout? and where are you located?

Hanging Leg Raise, anything with Leg raises you can really feel your abs contracting.., the Incline Bench being the most difficult to maneuver.

 

i use to do 6 Ab exercises lying on the floor.., but now, i restrict only up to 2 exercises.., kasi flab pa talaga ang tyan ko kaya i focus on indirect approaches to stabilize my core with squats, deadlifts, and military press..,
