hello mga pre. pag pasensyahan nyo na ako. 2 days ago 1st time ko pumunta sa isang spa na may ES. so after ng masahe binigyan nya ako ng ES. sabi ko walang ATW ksi wala condom. kaya ang ginawa lang namin torid kissing, binigyan nya ako ng BJ. at pumatong sya sa akin at inipit ang manoy ko sa singit nya na parang WOT. at sinipsip ko susu. tapos nung malapit na ako labasan. inipit naman nya ang manoy ko sa thighs nya at duun ko pinutok. sa inyong experience. mahahawa ba ako? hindi ko alam ang status ng girl kung may sakit sya o hindi

So it sounds like very low risk for hiv since there was no vaginal penetration but I'm guessing the oral sex/bj was unprotected/no cd? If yes, there's a chance for gono and/or chlamydia depending on her status..(doesn't always have symptoms)

There's a chance for syphilis and herpes as well.

I would suggest you visit your doctor(a urologist / std specialist) to get a recommendation for tests you would need. Go to a specialist if possible and not a general one.

Do take note that you'll probably be asked to get a baseline test then another one after the window period.(and be asked to abstain during the time, probably 6 weeks for the window)

I wouldn't worry so much since the most infectious ones are easily treatable with antibiotics(syph, gono, chlamydia) but preferred that they are treated early before they cause you serious damage.

Please advise anyone you've had unprotected intercourse with as well to prevent spreading.(better to treat things early)

So context: The immediate now is just for baseline test, to rule out any prior infections before this recent instance.

The window period for hiv test 4th gen ag/ab test is up till 6 weeks to be 99% sure.(2020 new guidelines) At 4 weeks this covers 95% which is why they mentioned 28 days to you, most doctors here only recommend the 4 weeks.

The window period for other std's is different.

The early treatment I mentioned is mostly for other infections, though there is one for hiv as well that I don't think you need based on your encounter.(PEP, must be taken within 72 hours after the incident and followed through for 30 days)

Doing PEP is not a good experience, it's really powerful medicine that can affect your life for the first few weeks.(first hand experience)

I trust your doctor recommended rpr, hbsag, and hiv test? If you can, I suggest getting the std screening package with hi precision at your 4-6 week mark test.

Unprotected BJ is almost same as fucking them live. Some theras also do rimming so torrid kissing is a big risk for polio and other  diseases.

Hindi mo rin masabi noong inipit ang ari mo sa singit kung umaabot at kumikiskis sa bukana ng ari niya na nagbasa na dahil libog na ang laman ng isip mo. 

Yan minsan sinasabi ng ibang thera iipitin then habang nagiinit siya napapabuka o lumuluwag ang ipit then mag rub na yung ari ng lalaki sa bukana ng ari ng babae na may katas na.

Yung ibang nagiipit sa may kalayuan sa ari ng babae para hindi magpangabot.

Retirement Plan update:

Sa mga seryoso talaga sa STD/STI, hindi uubra yun tuloy parin sa risky behavior tapos magpapa-test ka lang isang beses. Kelangan talaga i-decide natin na i-tigil na yun bisyo para magkaron ng peace of mind. Bakit?

Yun mga STD/STI test, may butas. Hindi porket nag-test ka na negative/non-reactive, ligtas ka na. May testing window na tinatawag. Test too soon or too late, hindi mahuhuli yun sakit. So, papano yun strategy?

Last contact ko was August 25, 2022. Tinandaan ko talaga kasi na-shock ako, HJ lang nagka-Chlamidia ako? This sent me down a rabbit hole na i-s-summarize ko ngayon.

#1. STD/STIs can be asymptomatic -- pwedeng 1-month to a 10 years ka na pala may tama, di mo alam.
#2. If you miss the testing window -- hindi mo malalaman until may seryosong issue na sa katawan mo
#3. Pinaka-nakaka-takot sa lahat? Yun mga medical tests na pinaka-magaling, hindi madali hanapin d2 sa Pilipinas
#4. Nag-pangap ako na nag-i-inquire sa massage, pero ang pakay ko talaga interviewhin yun mga thera kung ano alam nila sa testng: HIV at VDRL lang ang alam nila lahat, yun lang yun mga paranoid, wala sila alam sa Chlamidia, Gonnorhea at Hepa B/C

If tinamaan ako ng Chlamidia from an HJ, papano ako makaka-sigurado na di ako tinamaan ng ibang sakit? Madali gamutin yun Chlamidia, pero papano yun iba? Syphilis? Hepa B and C? HIV?

2009 nag simula yun bisyo ko, mga every 3-6 months, takas-takas pumupunta ako sa spas. Madalas HJ, pero between 2011-2015 minsan BBBJ. NEVER ako nagka-symptoms. Nitong August 2022 lang, after HJ pa, saka ako nakaramdam.

Yun Chlamydia, dapat "tulo" yun symptomas na yun -- pero hindi ganun yun naramdaman ko, loss of erection lang. Nag reactive ako sa test, binigyan ako ng antibiotic, nawala yun symptoms.

Dahil sa impormasyon na ito, nanging retriement plan ko na magpa-test 30, 60, 90 days after Aug 25. So far negative lahat. Comming up Feb 6 months after Aug, plano ko mag test ulit. Sana negative. Then Next will be anniversary test ulit, saka lang ako magkaka peace-of-mind kahit na wala na ako nararamdaman ngayon.

Gust ko lang i-share -- sa mga seryoso talaga sa STD/STI, pinaka maganda mag-retire na sa spa at yun budget mo i-lipat mo na sa testing for STD/STI for 1 year.

Tips: Research nyo yun kumpletong screening: Chlamydia, Gonnorhea, HIV, Hepa, Syphilis --> mahirap hanapin, ibig sabihin malamang hindi rin ginagawa ng mga thera ito. kelangan mo mag mix and match ng clinic, kaya 30, 60, 90 iba-ibang clinic yun pinuntahan ko. Next test yun sa Hi-Precision ang balak ko package 18. Nagtanong na ako sa kakilala kong gay, mas paranoid sya yun ang ginagawa nya sabay sila ng bagong ka-relasyon bago sila mag-exclusive.

Check nyo nalang yun profile ko, yun recent posts ko lahat about STD/STI nandun yun mga clinic info.

Mapapansin nyo sa history ko d2 sa MTC, puro inquire sa spa post ko tapos biglang puro d2 na sa STD section. Ayoko manglaglag ng thera kasi 2009-2022 iba-iba sila. Wala sa history ko yun cellphone so wag nyo hulaan kung kanino ko nakuha, malamang di nya alam na may Chlamidia sya so hindi ko na kinonfront publicly, sinabhan ko lang nagpositive ako, pero di ako pinansin -- sana nagpa-treat sya.

I am posting this just to update para sa na-papadpad dito, ibig sabihin may kutob kayo, MAGPA-TEST IF MAY KUTOB O NARARAMDAMAN. Importante jan yun KUTOB. Pakingan nyo yun sarili nyo.

Gaya ng karanasan ko, wag nyo na subukan please. Maawa kayo sa pamilya nyo na maari mahawa ng sakit ng mga therapist/sex worker. Hindi lang std ang makukuha sakanila kundi mga bacteria na hindi na kaya alisin ng immune system. Jan dumudumi ang dugo natin. Gaya ko ngyon, na hindi naman nagkaka acne ngyon nagkakaron na ako sa mula at katawan. Yung balat ko paramg natuyot na pang matanda kahit na 20's pa lang ako. Hangang ngyon yung mga ugat ko sa kamay at paa ay apektado. At marami pang iba. Alam ko may mga dummy acount dito ng mga spa para malihis kayo at wag mabahala. Pero ako na nag sasabi sainyo, kahit nagpapa check up pa yan sila, hindi lamang hiv or syphilis or herpes ang sakit na ppwede mo makuha sakanila. Kaya kung ako sainyo ay mag isip isip kayo bago gawin ang gantong bisyo.

A lot of comments here sound like cyberchondria. Stop googling your symptoms and consult a physician if you think you have a disease or something. Get properly assessed and diagnosed, stop googling and reading about your symptoms.

Really? After countless doctors consultation and lab tests i gave up on them. Doctors dont know much about lots of infections and clinical representation of a diseases. Try to go once on this places and prepare to spend millions to an incurable infections. I must say not worth a try bro. But if you want to, then hear yourself out and call yourself a cyberchondria later..

Yes best to get yourself tested and consult a doctor. Its better to go to a clinic that specialize in STI. Remember many STI are curable when treated early.

Doctors don't know lots of infections and clinical representations? There's something called an infectious disease specialist, maybe try consulting one and try to bring your symptoms up. They're people who studied infectious diseases intensively and extensively, far from what you're ever going to learn from your "research" and if you insist on what you know, try debating what you "researched" to those specialists. From what I read from your history, you seem to be googling your "research" and you cherry pick information that suits your belief. Hep 1 and 2? No cure for it? What are you even talking about. I think you're either assessed inappropriately before or you're experiencing a psychosomatic illness from googling about what's happening to you.

I dont wanna waste my time as well to you. Keep going and collect all bacteria and diseases. ill tell you that once you experience this disease, idk if you will still stand with your belief. Ive been to different specialists like the one that you have said, but sad to say lab tests and their knowledge are just so limited compared to  the threat that lurks within those establishments.  Im not saying doctors are of no help at all, but when you are in my position, i dont think your thoughts would be the same. Patest ka nlng sir, that's the best way to determine if you caught anything.

Mahirap umasa sa symptoms, usually it's just your anxiety.

Go to your urologist/std specialist and get your 4th gen hiv test at the 6 week mark post exposure so you can get your peace of mind.

In my opinion, it doesn't seem like a high risk encounter for hiv.

If you did catch anything, You probably only caught gono/chlamydia which are very easy to get but also easily treatable with antibiotics.

I've mentioned several times in this thread what types of tests I would reco, so you can backread those.

In summary, go to the doctor and get tested.

Pang peace of mind m lng sir, ung 6 weeks naman para lng mag 99% ka for 4th gen test. 4 weeks post exposure is the usual na nirereco ng mga doctors here since it covers 95%.

Take the full std screening test na sir sa hi precision, just in case sa 4/6 week mark mo.

for me wala ka padin need iworry talaga for hiv, ung mga ibang minor std lng talaga ang need natin marule out kasi it's very easy to get gono or chlamydia sa bbbj, minsan wala pang symptoms.

Usually mapapansin m yan sa cbc / urinalysis mo na kasama sa test package.. pero targeted tests padin are the best.

A cheapo method I do is the std screening test package + urine culture.

Magpaconsult ka padin sa urologist mo if I were u just to be safe. Mura lng naman magpaconsult.

Actual test roughly an hour, shorter if no queue.

Test results being posted online, different for each test on the package but usually all are done after 24 hours.

Just a gentle reminder to those that swear by just taking 1g of azithromycin for your std issues.. that only covers chlamydia..

Unfortunately, there seems to be a rise of people that self medicate.

Ung weekly check up nila madalas pap smear lang based on what I've observed.
