kuha k ng babasaging pinggan,.... ilabas mo lahat ng galit mo then basagin mo sa floor. im sure tanggal stress mo.

the problem is, lagot ka sa nanay mo!! hehehehe

pero it works ha!

creedo...i've done something similar to this... pero i used drinking glass.. binato ko sa wall! and it really worked! nakakatanggal talaga ng stress! buti na lang i have my maid to do the cleaning... nakakastress din pumulot ng nabasag na mga baso! hehehe :D

**here is a simple way to do it:

 

-sit down

-relax

-close your eyes

-let your mind drift for a while (imagine you are in room filled with boxes each box is filled with emotions, thoughts etc)

-after that imagine there is a large bonfire

-then imagine all the negative thoughts are burned one by one

-do this until you are at peace.

-once you are at peace count backwards from 1-30

 

or if have a run with the old punching bag (if you have one)

I play with my pets. They seem to rationalize everything for me... :D It's like whatever you do to them, they keep coming back...

oh, how cute and sweet. may i see ur pets? :)

 

to relax, i go out by myself and have coffee

i meet up or spend time witha friend

i listen to jazz music

i lie on my bed and just read or daydream

i go for a facial or a massage

a nice, refreshing bath

energizer nap

 

...and there is something else but I'd rather keep it to myself. :P

Me,

 

Sleep, take a nap - yes, a power nap!

 

a massage in my favorite japanese spa! complete with the best japanese food sans Yakuza members.

 

A foot scrub! a head massage!

 

if it doesnt work....

 

i go to work and solve the problem head on....

 

if i finish the problem then im relieved of that specific harmful stress! then again, im gonna get stressed out for spending too much to cure that stress so i get stressed all over again.

stressed out...hmmm...

 

work work work... no rest for the wicked...

 

been stressed out for 21 years... and i'm turning 22 pa lang.. hehehehe..try living sa house ko and forever stressed out ka..

 

seriously speaking if i'm stressed out i try to find more work until di na talaga kaya ng body ko or ng utak ko.

 

kung nde na kaya ng body ko then i would just hit the sack...

kung utak ko naman... i'll just scream or find soembody para awayin... most of hte time ang inaaway ko yung mga taong sobrang close sa akin.. i just snap without any reason.
