I want to live long and stay looking young so that I can enjoy life fully. I am always on the lookout for health tips, workout tips and anything that would help me do that. I hope we can share those tips in this thread. Thanks in advance!

Stay away from fatty food, alcohol and cigarettes.

avoid stress,dont smoke sleep early,proper hydration exercise and eat a well balanced diet..and yes 2 cups of coffee is also a plus..

Personally, I always try to consume fiber thru bananas, apples, oranges and other fruits. I am also into tea, green or whatever color. I don't smoke but I drink alcohol once in a while. Watching good comedies is part of my health regimen also.

1. Eat healthy and less processed foods.
2. Drink plenty of water and minimize sweetened beverages.
3. Good amount of exercise.
4. Quality sleep.
5. Detox everyday
6. Try to pick the right choices. Only black and white.
7. Time for yourself

yung matanda dito sa amin tuwing umaga naglalakad to exercise sa bangketa siya dumadaan pero sad to say na out of control ang 1 motor sa bandang likod tinamaan siya naipit pa ng motor ang katawan
ayun deads
nag e exercise nga siya for long life
pero tadhana nya na talaga nung araw na yun.
ndi ko rin alam kng ano talaga pampahaba ng buhay maganda pray everyday na lang

eat healthy, NEVER junk and oily food
take some supplements for brain, prostata and bones
Inject Bio Celergen stem cells, 60 injections a year
Go swimming
Visite sauna and steambath
and - if possible - stay together wife a girl friend or wife who is at least half your age.

In my case this work.
