i tried so hard to avoid junk foods and softdrinks.. but i must honestly admit na minsan tlga ng crave ako..kya when that time comes i drink one can of coke zero. ayaw ko namn kasi i deprive ang sarili ko.. ok lang ba yun?

i tried so hard to avoid junk foods and softdrinks.. but i must honestly admit na minsan tlga ng crave ako..kya when that time comes i drink one can of coke zero. ayaw ko namn kasi i deprive ang sarili ko.. ok lang ba yun?

 

dropped 9-10 lbs recently by going vegan but what i noticed is that i didn't lose weight if i drank a can of sprite with my meals. IDK some drink soft drinks because they say it fills them up like si matthew mconaughey for dallas buyer's club coke lang daw and chicken but me i eat too much to have it in my diet.

medyo mahal ang vegan diet bro.. that's what i heard.. with the kind of work and lifestyle that i have.. laging on the go mahirap maging vegan... i agree with you ok tlga pag vegan.. besides bihira ang vegan restaurants dto.. lalo na sa provinces pahirapan mag hanap.. mostly kasi travel ako dahil sa work..


and to prepare my own meal???? naku bagsak ako dto...

If you are filipino and must have rice, have it for breakfast and lunch but avoid it for dinner.

i tried a wierd diet lately and lost 17 lbs in 3 weeks. not bad.it's a segmented kind of diet wherein you remove certain types of food per day and going totally no solids on hump day. sunday is kept sacred though so you can eat anything. not so hard to do but consistency and control is the key.

Guys alisin niyo softdrinks grabe talaga sobrang dami asukal ng coke atbp. Kung maari magtubig na lang. Pero kung gusto niyo talaga magmatamis. Yung prutas na lang.

i think the perspective of 'How to Lose Weight' , 'What Food will lead to weight loss'  IS A WRONG APPROACH.

 

The approach should be 'What to eat to make me more FIT and avoid sickness' ? Food is just a medium to which to attain a goal of being Physically Fit.

 

Remove the Weighing Scale goal. Replace it with , 'I need to run a mile within 15 minutes' or 'I should be able to lift a sack of rice'  or 'I should walk up the stairs without catching my breath'

Intermittent Fasting worked for me. Researched a lot about it and most importantly I choose natural fresh foods.

Monitor natin sugar intake natin. Dapat bawasan natin konti sugar. Pansin ko sweet tooth talaga pinoy, at madalas mga sweets dito tlgang extra sweet. Tapos lakas pa natin mag rice haha
