If you want to be in the heart of HK, stay in Kowloon side. If you're goin gto stay in HK Island, be prepared to spend coz its "all branded" there. Kowloon on the other hand is more like Binondo and you can walk the whole place in a day. But i suggest mag MTR ka (subway)

You can try Imperial or Guangdong for a mid ranged price. if you're willing to spend some more go to Marco Polo (pero puro Pinoy talaga dun) or Holiday inn. I also tried Panda which is one of the cheapest. they don't have any lobby and it stinks.

I haven't been there in a while so check out the prices with a travel agency

What's in HK that you want to go there? Disney is still in the troubleshooting phase and its still jampacked by hungry chinese mainlanders :D

elow pa add ha... Hotels that I recommend are in the Tsim Shia Tsui area.. Marco Polo Gate way and Prince, Royal Pacific and then Park Hotels are nice and definitely you would enjoy and relax in these Hotels. You can prepare a budget of 800-100 Hk dollars....for a night. But if you have a bigger budget, try the Great Stanford, you will surely enjoy the bay view of Victoria Harbor.

Next budget hotels would be Park, Ramada and Kimberely.....room are just like the economy class hotels, affordable rates 500 -700 HKD

The motel that I tried when I was in HK is Kimberely Inn....the place is okay with hot and cold shower and cable tv...it is safe as the caretakers were old ladies keeping the place in order. It would cost around 200-300 HKD...however the rates are not fixed. During holidays rates also gets extremely high.

for really cheap rates you should try chung king mansions in Nathan road, tsim sha tsui kowloon side..
for a single person you get away for 100 HKD a night..however there are a lot of africans and indians in that building
but its safe..the rooms are very small though but having shower,tv and telephone (local calls are free of charge)
There are many guesthouses in that building...its also very near to the port, kowloon park etc.
Many people say its a dangerous place..I can not agree with that..itslow budget but ok and safe...Im white and I never had any problems there...

oo maganda ang room dito and its cheap.
