ON Amino 2222 tabs/softgels per tablet/softgel = P7 (minimum of 30pcs, if below 30pcs P8 per tab)
ON Creatine = P10 per capsule

yes. taking hydroxicut will make you sweat more but drink lots of water

Bought Whey Protein earlier. I wanted to ask how to intake it? Any advice is appreciated. I wanted to lose some weight and build some muscle, not too big, I just wanted it to be defined and have cuts. Also if there are DOs and DONTs it would be really helpful.

sir depende po yan sa katawan. Kung payat ka or mataba. Tanong tanong ka lang sa mga tao gym dami ka matutunan. Basa basa ka rin forums local and international. Samahan mo ng sipag tiyaga at disiplina.

take it first thing in the morning and after workout
