Is that something that a pldt serviceman could manipulate?

Last year, during installation, a pldt serviceman inform me that for P1,800 he could set my speed at over 1,000, I originally applied for a 512 speed.

I don't think so. The speed is set at the main PLDT servers. Unless he has connections with those people there is no way he can set it from outside. If you can access your router that would help you figure out if he is indeed telling the truth.

 

Look at your DL speed if it is set more than 512

My plan its 1995 but the result is like this,they're explain its because old cabel cabinet.....that's why i say,what a F@#king big company in the philippine and charge expensive.....with super poor service....

what gives? good2 on plan 1995 only registers a measly 0.56 mb/s while orthodoc more than doubles this with a budget-friendly plan 888. can anyone explain this?

Tatlong PC nakaopen nung ginawa ko tong test na to yung isang PC, naglalaro ng online games kuya ko. Tapos yung isa sa server namin, nagdadownload ng video via bittorrent. Tapos itong gamit ko yung laptop ko via wireless router.
