Recipes Compote of mulberry
The most dominant summer go on a binge compote! And in pep up berries and fruits we try to switch the drinks, to suppress their after, and filled with vitamins. Today I hand down playing you how to cook the compote of mulberry.
Story of preparation:
This compote to provide kids after a year, if not allergic for mulberry or citrus. To supply the compote a more attractive flavor, you can add a some king's ransom leaves or lemon balm. Thanks to the timely cooking, good 2-3 minutes, the compote is preserved most of the vitamins.
Water 1 Liter
Sugar 2 Tbsp. spoon
Mulberry 1 Cup
Lemon 2-3 Slices
How to cook Stewed mulberry
Fit out your filtered or spring effervescent water, sugar, mulberry and lemon. Obstacles agree with started!
Mulberry roll quite, sort from spoiled berries, put the rest in a saucepan, sum up the sugar.
Cut a only one slices of lemon, rub out the peel to keep away from bitterness. Sum lemon, water and present the compote to a boil. Cook after 2-3 minutes. Refrigerate for a few hours.
Minister to the compote chilled or with ice cubes. Ladylike!
