agree ako d2 kc gamer ako, ragnarok is one of the online game i play at wednesday lang ang patay ng cpu ko from 7am-3pm ka maintenance ng Ragnarok un time na un. Btw 700+ un speed ng net ko pla ( di n ko nag speed test hehe :blush: ) parang buundle plan ako kc kasama na landline at since february pa ako gumagamit n2. Pero sabi nla mas maganda daw sa Sky or destiny, Pero mas cheaper sa akin kc tong bayantel e :thumbsupsmiley:

I had a problem with Bayantel DSL a few weeks ago, but as soon as I got to talk with their tech person after an hour everything worked out fine. I am getting what I am paying for, buffering when you go to Imeem or you tube is a bit slow, but downloads are as fast as what i have signed up for.

 

Just bear with the people on the other end of the line they'll pull through if you're patient enough.

i got pissed off the whole day. i don't have connection starting at 8am and i called them up to inform them immediately. and now am out of the house because i need to be online. i often complain about having disconnections so often. and the 24hrs service is not guaranteed true. i pay my bills on due time and never been late. especially their DSL. damn i always reconnect and reconnect and to think i got only 1 pc but then i applied for 512 kbps. all i can say is :thumbsdownsmiley:

 

now i experience na ang dsl ay mbagal n din.. pati ang service nila kapg my problem k...

 

bkit kya nagka2gnun...kylangan mlaman ng mnagement ito

used to love my dls+landline service with them.it was so great before.sobrang bilis ng dls even 5kaming gumagamit trough our wifi router pero ngayon nakakabwisit na kahit idirekta ko yung connection from modem to pc. naka768kbps ako pero mabagal na talaga unlike before.been with them since 2006 <_< the worst part is just a couple of months ago, nahack pati landline ko that is attached to my dls package.that happened after i called for a technician to look for my dls dahil di talaga ako makaconnect for like 3days straight.nagugulat nalang kami kasi may biglang umoorder ng pansit malabon samin :blink:

 

they were able to fix my dls connection. ung technician nila mismo nagconfirm na maynaghack nga ng line namin kaya nagmukhang partyline.after that i can no longer use the 3way calling and call waiting feature that im paying extra every month.my original plan was P1199 for the whole dls+landline package.if you want to add callerId, call waiting and 3way calling, u need to add P150.ayun awa ng diyos ung caller id na lang napapakinabangan ko kasi di na gumagana yung flash sa line mismo.palusot nila, ung device daw ung sira which i doubt kasi wala pang isang taon ung unit ko and nung nanghiram ako ng unit sa cousin ko (which is working fine with thier own dsl package) ayaw padin umubra... nakakadisappoint talaga... :thumbsdownsmiley: nagdadawang-isip nako ngayon magpalit ng service provider <_<

naka breoadband aq at wireless landline from bayantel and naka dsl din... ok naman ang service nila... i think it depends on the area... kung gusto nyo mag pakabit just pm me para mapabilis ang application nyo...may friend kasi aq dun... smile.gif

I have an autodebit arrangement with Citibank for my Bayantel accounts...and then I get a notice of disconnection from Bayantel for overdue amounts, even though the amounts appear every month in my credit card statement. When I asked Bayantel about it and pointed out how it's impossible (two years, no overdue amount because of the autodebit arrangement), and I pointed out the dates and how the payments should have been reflected in the latest statements, they refused to listen and, worse, kept changing their stories. They just maintained their line and refused to take into account how their explanations failed logic. Their CSRs are the worst around. Bayantel = crooks.

sinabi mo pa! sabi ng mga call center agent nilang bobo pwede daw magbayad sa certain mall using credit cards ng bayantel bills, pag dating ko sa globe center hindi pala pwede, mga incompetent na agent, aside pa dun may g-cash ako ilan beses ng sablay at pag tinatawagan ko hotline nila hindi rin alam isasagot ng mga agent nila, mas maganda siguro palitan na nila mga bopols na bisakol nilang call center agents. i think thats a good start na,kaka bwisit na talaga!

TAMA, medyo olats na nga bayantel though maganda ang customer service nila kaso simula nung acquired by globe, alisujdvbghasuhbdngijasng tuluyan nang di gumanda. Same prob rin ako dyan nung unang sibol ng pag acquire ng globe, pahirapan sa bills, turuan pa sila. Bumagal din yung speed ng internet ko. Buti nlng may converge na sa area at nakapagpalit na rin.

Buhay pa naman ata, although they are already a subsidiary ng Globe Telecom. They're stuck on DSL services when everyone has already shifted to fiber. They're also offering LTE services but probably just using the infrastructure of Globe. 😂
